    Honestly, with spoilers like this, I'd rather people keep their mouths shut so I'd be surprised. Admittedly, that's a stupid thing to say by someone who frequents a site called "SpoilerTV" but there we are.

    Although I'd normally agree, I think Fringe needs a bit of buzz right about now — so if this helps garner additional viewers for the show, I'm all for it.

    I agree about the show needing buzz and viewers but Nimoy's last appearance made absolutely no difference in the ratings so this is not a secret that needed to be revealed.

    ANYTHING is good at this point. Guys, FRINGE hit a record low the last 2 weeks with less than 5 million viewers and a 1.8/1.7 rating.
    That is automatic cancellation 90% of the time, so we need to bolster the ratings SOMEHOW.
    Having said that, I agree in that this spoiler probably won't do anything for the ratings...
