    Because Otherlivia is stuck Here and desperate to get back home, so a random hostage is still someone we would want to save and not be collateral damage. She was probbly about to get on a train or something and they caught up with her and she just pulled a hostage. Everyone Here, she considers the enemy. Plus Otherlivia needs some sort of leverage but I don't think we'd be so callous as to risk the life of Nameless Woman Hostage.

    Am I the only one who wishes they wouldn't go around saying just how epic this episode of Fringe is gonna be? Nothing can live up to that kinda hype!! :P I know it's a good advertising tactic, but I'm so worried I'm going to be let down in some way... :/
