This looks awesome, it will be great to have Matt LeBlanc on another show. The mockumentary style coupled with a dark humor to depict the process of the creation of a TV show reminds me of The Comeback, an outstanding comedy with Lisa Kudrow that aired on HBO five years ago.
I'm currently watching Friends for the first time (I'm in the middle of season 5) and Joey is one of my favourite characters with Chandler. I never thought Friends would be so addictive (sure I had seen some scenes of the show on TV when it aired but I never really got into it, which I'm doing now and I don't regret it).
2011 will be a good year for Showtime, they'll start 3 new dramas (finally, because currently they only have Dexter that isn't a 30 min dramedy) : Shameless in january, The Borgias in april and very probably Homeland (by 24 showrunner Howard Gordon with Claire Danes starring, it sounds awesome!) in september 2011. I'm eager to see what these 3 dramas are worth.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
loving the salt and pepper hair Matt.

ReplyDeleteI will definitely be checking this out. I am enjoying my investment in SHOWTIME more and more this season :)
