Dexter and Lumen are on the hunt for a new victim but get sidetracked by the arrival of a surprise visitor; as a result of fallout from the Santa Muerte case, Debra gets reassigned to the file room, where she is still able to dig up new evidence in the Barrel Girl investigation.

    Are there supposed to still be files on Harry and on Dexter's mother in the file room or were they destroyed? I can't remember.

    If I remember correctly there was two files that were destroyed. The file in the records room was destroyed years ago by Camila. Forgot which file that was, all I remember was that it had to do with how Dexter was "found" by Harry at the crime scene where his mother was killed. As for the other file, it was the CI file on his mother, Laura Moser. That was destroyed by Dexter himsel

    That's a safe bet after reading this entry from TV Guide's "Mega Buzz" column:

    "Dexter is getting good. Can you tease what's ahead? — Alex
    ADAM: Now that Lumen's abductors know she's still alive, the guilty parties will look to destroy the evidence of their crimes — namely those barrels of bodies in the swamp. That task is made slightly more difficult when their transport truck is hit by another car, spilling all the evidence onto the highway."

    Jeeez.....Dexter is getting good? Come on, Alex! Dexter is always good! I mean, yeah, some episodes or seasons are better than the others but each episode AND each season IS (or is it are??? : )) good!

    I like them together too, and I saw it coming way back in S3 so time to get used to the idea. :) Batista and LaGuerta on the other hand send me to sleep, Batista *used* to be one of my favourite characters.

    It's going to be amazing when Debra inevitably finds out about Quinn's investigation, and for that reason I think it's better that they're seeing each other than just partners with an already prickly relationship.

    Yes, I saw it too back to the season 3. Quinn and Christine was an awful idea, And I kinda agree, that Batista and Laguerta romance is sooo boring
