ReplyDelete"Law & Order: Criminal Intent" will return this spring for its tenth and final season.
"Project Runway" on Lifetime is booked through Season 14.
I hope FX will renew The League. It's one of the best comedy on air. Fro Archer, it is way too soon to tell but if the 2nd season that starts in january is as funny as the 1st one, I'm on board for another season.
ReplyDeleteIn Treatment and BMS should be renewed as well, they're both extremely good in their field of expertise (well-written drama for one, brainless, sex-oriented comedy for the other).
For Dexterr, I'm not sure... I wanted the fifth season to be the last one but given the way this season turned out, the show can't possibly wrap everything up with only the 4 episodes left (even with the cliffhanger of the 8th episode). I see a 6th and final season almost entirely focussed on the fall of Dexter, now it's too late to trigger it in the 5th season, even with the Quinn storyline.
For the other shows we don't know about the renewal (Southland, Californication, HTMIIA), their upcoming seasons haven't started yet so I won't comment.

ReplyDeleteIf there's a newer source of info you have my apologies but, as of 8 days ago, the show passed on all of the actors up for the lead role and are still weighing their options, including scrapping the project altogether.

Seeing Damages with not only 1 but 2 seasons confirmed realllllllyyyy leaves me with a warm feeling! It's wonderful when the best shows on tv actually make it through instead of getting cancelled prematurely because 97% of the world either doesn't know of it or isn't smart enough to stay with it!

ReplyDeleteIn regards ABC Family....i'm a big fan of the channel and follow all the shows, It's very unclear right now if Make It Or Break It will be rebewed for season 3, the ratings for the first 1p eps. of season 2 were very poor, MIOBI is starting up it's back 10 ep. in March.
ReplyDeleteSecret Life Of The American Teenager - ratings powerhouse, guaranteed season 4!...Pretty Little Liars has been a huge sucess, it's season 1 back 12 starts in January and it's up against 90210....it'll pummel the that show!, i'm very confident it'll get a second season 10 ep. order.
Greek is officially ending, it has 10 episodes for season 4 and it's being given a proper ending. Melissa & Joey is doing well, ABCF have ordered 2o more eps.
ABFC have a large development schedule for 2011 with numerous pilots in the works, what shows get picked up to season will be decided in late January/early Feb as per normal, with shooting starting in late March.

ReplyDeleteI feel so behind with shows Burn Notice & In Plain Sight here in Canada. I read that it is confirmed for Seasons so beyond where we are at. Burn Notice I am just seeing Season 2 and I have only seen Season 1 of In Plain Sight. What's the deal - where can we catch up here in the North?
