only 5'5'' but I stopped growing very young (I'm the same height now as I was when I was eleven). I believe there is a home movie of me being measured on my first birthday and I was like 2 foot 9 or something like that. I was one of those kids who was always the tallest in my class in elementry school, but by the end of middle school, most people were taller than me. So yea CUddy's kid looks big for two, but I know from experience its possible.
When I was 21 months old I was well able to walk and talk in full paragraphs. The girl may be a little tall, but its totally plausable (when I was 1, I was almost three feet tall, which is aparantly large for a 1 year old). The girl playing Rachel is probably 3, only because thats easier to work with, but its not a drastic aging up. Its not like she was an infant last season and a five year old this year, as some other shows have done in the past. Besides, in the other promo pictures she looks 2 (the one for the previous episode and it is the same girl) so it could just be this angle that's making her look big. As for the artworks, well yea all shows seem to have perfect artwork on the fridge that loods like it was drawn by an adult rather than a child, so I'll forgive that, Its not as though it impacts the plot.
The girl playing Rachel doesn't look anything like 21 months old. Those are also some pretty remarkable drawings on the fridge supposedly made by Rachel.
I presume they're aging her up just so she can interact with House and Wilson better, but are we supposed to just forget she was born in season 5?

In the second photo, Wilson and House are looking as if they are trying to coax a wild animal!
