  4. actually there are new episodes both those weeks there just not listed here, check the CW's Sweeps Highlights release and the CW's schedule-Oct to Dec

  5. I think it's because it's a list from Fancast. They usually don't mention Supernatural that often and I think he didn't mention Supernatural in those two weeks because they don't have an interesting guest star or he doesn't think the episodes are interesting.
