  2. We can only hope that this is a dream. However, Yellow Eyes was probably trying to give Dean a message about the future. I half-expected Sam to pop out of nowhere and get Yellow Eyes! Cannot wait until Friday!

  3. The whole scene screamed dream.

I really liked Fred Lehne in that role -- like Mark Pellegrino, I think we should have seen more of them, but boy did he take the role with two hands. The S2 finale is still my favourite ever episode of SPN.

  4. Ohh, people should really stop complaining about "too much dead characters coming back". Honestly, I don't see as many as you pretend. Except when they come back in the next 5 minutes or next episode When Sam was killed he came back the next episode (2-21/2-22), same for Dean (3-16/4-01), and, well, it's OBVIOUS, they are main characters, we knew they'll be back. When Castiel was killed he was back in the next episode (4-22/5-01), and then in the next minutes (5-22), same for Bobby (5-22 too). What I want to explain here is that they're not killed and then we all cry for two seasons and then they bring the character back because they have no new idea, NO, this is just FOR the story and they come back quickly. I don't know if I explain well (English is not my first language, please forgive me) but what I want to say is that all these "deaths" are not like "hey, why wouldn't we bring back this dead character ?".
Over the years, I heard rumors of characters "really dead" coming back, but they NEVER did. Did John came back ? Did Bela came back like some rumors said ? Did Ash and Pam came back ? No, we just saw them in Heaven. Did Jessica came back ? No, it was Lucifer. We usually have a chance to see dead characters in the past (John, Mary...), as ghosts (Meg (the REAL Meg, not the demon), Henricksen...), or in Heaven (Ash, Pam...) or as "tricks" (Jessica...)
Is Azazel back ? I doubt it.
Gabriel ? I wish so. I really do wish so. But I can't help but doubt after all those "rumors" I've heard about dead characters coming back who never did.
I doubt we'll see Jo and Ellen unless they're ghosts or something like that too, but I don't know, I'll just wait and see.
And about Samuel Campbell, I'm really wondering what's behind this... and I'm not sure it's all good... I dunno.

But now, when I hear everyone saying "haaa, no, another dead character coming back, that's ridiculous", I really don't get it. Unless you're talking about the death of Sam, Dean, Castiel, Bobby, but once again, to me it's just obvious, and it's not "ridiculous" since they're coming back immediatly.

(Once again please forgive my lame english...)

  5. You know, it could be a shape shifter, or another demon... There are even theories that the YED that Dean killed was just a stand-in demon because YED knew that he was going to be killed from Dean's visit in In the Beginning... So, YED sent another demon to fill in for him, then after everybody left, he popped back into his still rather fresh meat suit.

  6. It was more like 40 years in Hell for Dean. But this has to be a dream or the Trickster's back =/ Yellow-Eyes is really cool though, I'll give him that.

  7. Your whole post is possibly the most idiotic thing I've heard all day today. Good job kiddo.

  8. Comic Book Guy?

  9. Yeah, sure, whatever.
Like we really need people like you watching tv. Why don't you go watch some Jersey Shore if this is too ridiculous to you.

  10. The only difference being Dean tortured countless souls for 20 years in Hell and Kate only killed someone who deserved it.

  11. I´m really excited for season 6. I´m also sure it´s a dream and I think it´s awesome to let Dean´s fears be manifested by YED! It´s only naturell that Dean´s afraid of the possibility that because of him, just because his past, something bad could happen to Ben and Lisa. Everyone he ever cared for is dead, except for Castiel and Bobby, at least that´s what he believes. Can´t wait to see this episode! Unfortunately I have to wait till saturday -,-

  12. whaaaaaaattt ?!@! YED is back?! really?
    huh!!!

  13. Yeah I agree - and that shot of Dean, Ben and Lisa at Bobby's door on the Space promo clearly shows how freaked they all are.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I would say that this is a dream, but it scares Dean enough, in light of Sam's dreams before Jessica died, to take Lisa and Ben to Bobby's. It's precaution against what might happen instead of what is actually happening.

  15. Season 5 was not as strong as the other seasons but I have seen A Lot of shows with worst seasons than that (practically everything else I've watched). Give them a chance. Supernatural has a way of taking something that seems totally dumb and turning it into something awesome. Three words - Teddy Bear Doctors! Still, I agree that it better be a dream because I'm tired of the dead coming back and making their deaths pointless.

    ReplyDelete
  16. It has to be a dream because if he is back it will completely negate the first two seasons. The reason I like Supernatural so much is because they take the big risks like killing off the main bad guy in the second season. This would be a travesty for all they went through to kill Azazel in the first place.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Not that he's scared that azazel can come back, but scared of something destroying his normal life

    ReplyDelete
  18. Exactly! And since Azazel is also the one who destroyed is grandparents, his parents and his brother,s life (by killing Mary, Jess...killing deanna and samuel and everything), it's normal to be scared of Azazel and dreaming of him destroying the family

  19. Yeah there seems to be a lot of prejudgement going on out there. Me, I'd rather wait and see.

  20. Of course it's a nightmare and why wouldn't Dean have nightmares? Even a year down the track all that scary s**t he lived through is going to haunt him. And being Dean, deep down he believes he can't hold on to his new life, and doesn't deserve it either, so yellow eyes telling him that in a dream makes sense. And at the end where Dean's eyes start to roll back is the perfect place for him to wake up.

  21. Ohh you saw the whole season 6 and that's why you say that? You're so lucky! Me i have to wait 'til friday to start the S6...

Seriously...wait and see, It has to be a dream. if it is, you can stop complaining,. You have NO IDEA what's going on

    ReplyDelete
  22. NOOOOOOO! Not HIM again! I'm really hoping it's not him, because if it is... I'm not watching this show anymore!

    Oh yes, I will.

oh boy.could this show get any worse?the answer is no cause is beyond ridiculous.after last season which was without a doubt the lamest season of a show ever,i am gonna pass this year.

i won't be surprised if they cancel it after a couple episodes.

  24. "You can't outrun your past" - totally reminds me of Fredric's role in Lost when he was chasing Kate, who was trying to run from her murder ^_^

    ReplyDelete
  25. It has to be a dream. I mean Azazel is dead. Dean killed him. He did not send him back to hell. So that's impossible. He can't be alive. Especially in the same body. So I'm pretty sure of that it's Dean's nightmare.

    ReplyDelete
  26. better be a dream...I'm not a fan of yellow eyes. Hopefully they don't kill of lisa or ben too soon, poor dean would be devastated and I think the guys been through enough. I may not be her biggest fan but I'd still hate to see it.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I guess I will have to see the whole episode and get this scene in context. It kinda makes me more excited even though I'm sure it's a dream sequence...

    ReplyDelete
  28. Is this all in a dream? Because as much as I love Supernatural, and however much I thought ol Yellow Eyes was a cool villain...it'd be really stupid to bring him back now.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I don't think I can wait 'till Saturday morning !

    ReplyDelete
  30. You said it Amy! There are a few individual eps that are less stellar than others, but you're right: this show rocks.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Wow! So you've already watched all of Season 6!? Lucky you! See, I'm like Katie1227 here. I have to wait until Friday before I can even see the season premiere.

Seriously, how the hell do you know that it's going to be the lamest season? And you're automatically jumping to conclusions? How do you know that this isn't just a dream sequence? And yeah, I doubt they cancel a show after a couple of episode, genius. Learn how popular and proper television shows works and maybe next time, don't make yourself look like such a fool by acting like you know it all and you know exactly what this season is going to be about.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yep. Although honestly as long as the cast and crew remain with the show (which they are, Kripke is not going anywhere I can assure you, he'll be driving Sera crazy I'm sure, lol) then this show can't do anything else but rock. I just can't understand why just because they're adding another season, that all of a sudden it's going to suck. It's not like the show's going through a complete change of guard here. Same cast. Same crew. Same level of awesome. :D

  33. Oh man, I loved S5. Actually I like all of them equally for different reasons. I guess if I had to pick a season I was least fond of, it would be season 3. But even so, I'm sure there were episodes in that season that I loved. However, I must point out, I really liked the Angel arc and love Cas, so I suppose if you're one of those who couldn't stand it, then yea I can see where they wouldn't be liking S4-5. Personally I can't fathom why.

  34. To each his own. Hope you enjoy yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  35. He's the CW's new director you didn't know? That's why he knows absolutely everything that is going to happen in S6! .....(with a LOT of sarcasm of course)
