    I SO agree with you about Elena being mean to Damen! I am also very happy that Damen pointed out to her that she is not nearly as nice as she thinks she is. I really hope that something horrible happens to her and Damen comes through again (insert evil laugh here).
    Oh Bonnie is being such a bigot! this attitute of hers is getting old and boring. Just like Tyler and his secret, thank God for that getting some progress.
    actually apart Allaric and Jenna for whome I don't care one way or another, I agree with you on pretty much everyone!

    I thought it was an okay episode. I'm not feeling the love for the werewolf story yet, but I did love Damon's analogy of it being like an old Lon Chaney movie. I don't blame Elena. If it hadn't been for the ring, which I was pretty sure he was lying about seeing in the first place, her brother would be dead. How do you forgive that? But eventually she will I have no doubt. Caroline actually didn't annoy me tonight. I did feel bad for her. She didn't ask for this and she did the one noble thing noone else has been able to do-she gave up the man she loved for his own good. I feel like they're moving more and more towards making Matt a non-entity.

    Interesting piece of news-Katherine's last name isn't Pierce it's Romanov. I can't wait to hear HER backstory. She either had a baby before she was turned or maybe she had a twin sister? It's no coincidence Elena is a dead-ringer for her.

    LOL, like the evil laugh, yea actually I wasn't thinking about it, but now I am, I'm thinking maybe when Katherine and Elena meet next week (squeee) that, maybe Damon will come in and interfer instead of Stefan?? Maybe. Bonnie, really needs to get choked by Katherine again. Her whole, I'm a badass witch attitude is really annoying, I'm glad Katherine put her in her place in the 1st episode.

    I think there will be, I know there's gonna be a few flashbacks, but i'm not sure what about. Ya know what i'd really like to see, them having flashbacks on the salvatore brother's in the 60's or 70's lol

    She IS a badass witch, one that will save Elena and has done so throughout both seasons. Katherine is rather impressed by Bonnies awesome awesomeness. hehe. One of the best strategic moves was opening those doors to expose her! lol. Level battle ground.. lill' witch comes at the problem on a whole new diversity. She; and not Damon, will be the security for the win over Katherines bloody vengence.

    Damon needs to grow a backbone and stop going after Stefans women. It's getting rather pathetic and sad.

    Me too!! I wanna see Emily again, and learn more about their relationship, why Katherine is so invested in the Bennett witches line... and who Katherines 'vampire father' was too. Hope we see more of Anna and Pearl - I miss them. :(

    wit ever Bonnie is a bitch she did the spell for Caroline and didn't even know herself if it worked and opened the blind's and could have killed her . Ever since her gram died it's like she has a vendetta against ever one she wasn't even going to talk to Elena in season 1 just cause she went out with Stefan. As for the Damon stealing Stefan's woman there has only been one woman and she both went with Stefan and Damon. Damon love's Elena he was attracted to her in season 1 at the start because of the resemble's to Katherine but it has grown to love , a mean he jumped in front of the arrow for Elena without thinking where it will hit him , he would die for her . He was well wrong for what he done to her brother , but there's only so much time you can hate someone and "forgiveness is not done because they deserve it it's done because they need it". He has never been loved ever not even his dad loved him , so all he knew was to hate and want Katherine as he thought she loved him .

    I really liked this episode it was interesting to see that Elena can be a bitch . I mean i understand big time why she hates Damon i have a brother and if he killed him then i don't know how i would get passed that. But that's not her to play people . I mean she say's one thing and does another thing "friend's don't mutilate other friend's" but she end's up doing it . I really thought that it was big of Damon to tell the truth about killing her brother though cause he knew there was a big chance she would never talk to him again but he did . He also jumped in front of the arrow to safe Elena that count's for something .

    Why are you calling her that for? :( Bonnie DID know it worked, it was only Caroline who didn't believe it. And that's the problem. She didn't trust or believe in Bonnie when she made that heartfelt confession to her in S1. Caroline left her with no support when Emily turned up, damn well called her a liar. So much for being a friend. Now even when she's a vampire, knows that they're real - she's still not TRUSTING what Bonnie says is true. Just more accusation and expectation that Bonnie will support her, without her showing the same. Argh.

    Ever since her grams died, and Damon brutally attacked abused Caroline, tried to kill her, she's RIGHTFULLY got a hate of what he represents. That he continues to do so, without remorse or any sign he will stop, what other choice is there?! Going out with Stefan? That's probably the ONLY redeeming quality vampires have in her book.. otherwise she wouldn't have saved him, or trusted him with taking care of Caroline. Same with Elena, trusting Stefan. Damon is immature, only wanting to play with and break Stefans things. He was attracted to Elena because she looked like Katherine. It's been about her all along... that's sick. Vile. You saw the way Elena HATED that she looked like her, felt cheated, revolted when she thought that's who Stefan saw. But she fell in love with him, because he told her outright, he loved her - Elena. Always had.Wow.. jumping in front of an arrow. Right after he killed her brother. Alls forgiven then. Next up, Damon has a tantrum and kills Jenna. Next episode, Elena isn't mad and they have a picnic. Are you trying to make Elena a wishywashy little girl?! It makes her too shallow - I keep remembering her face when she thought Jeremy was dead and he just stood there, watching her burn - for her to be indifferent now. Yuck. No coming back from that.
    Forgiveness - like trust and respect - is EARNED not willy-nilly given.
    I'll agree with you on not being loved and having the worst ever woman to fall for in Katherine. What she did, does and will do is gonna kill him over again. :(

    Abusiveness towards everyone she's known and loved, and one arrow will erase it all? He hurts both of the only two people in the world who give a damn about him. Going after Elena is sick. It's like he's using her the same way she's using him. It's like those abused women who keep returning to their partners, because they don't think they deserve more than being beaten, treated like crud.Katherine does it to Damon. So he does it to Elena.
    She needs to hang out with Bonnie and Caroline more. Repair what truly matters.

    Well looks like im the 1st one 2nite. Idk about the rest of you but I am DEPRESSED!!! I feel so bad for my delena couple!! Ok and i'll be the first to admit, we all feel a little dumb, Damon didn't know about the ring. N I'm not gonna say he lied to her, I'm gonna say he fibbed!! The reason I say that is cuz, Alaric was in the car with them, he probably didn't wanna discuss smething so important toy Elena in front of him, or look that Sincere in front of him. Damon ended up telling Elena the truth and he didn't hesitate not for a second, So as far as i'm concerned, their honesty is still there!!! Elena even said it.."Thank you for being honest with me." (UMMM HE'S BEEN HONEST WITH YOU THIS ENTIRE TIME). His apology was so sincere, and once again, she used him. N ya know wat, i'm glad he said what he said, cuz it made her feel bad!! And she was!! Y else would she look so regretful, when he walked away, she even took the time to look at him walking away, she didn't go in the house!! They both hurt each other in this episode, She didn't even say thank you for him saving her life. I'm hoping she will eventually. I'm gonna get off them for now, cuz I have to vent my opinions somewhere else. haha.......on to Caroline...I also feel very bad for her, cuz she had to let Matt go, what she did making that scene was completely on purpose, so she could protect him from herself. The look on her face, aww man I felt her pain. I felt that thru my chest! IDC what ne1 says, I liked them as a couple. I guess i'll also point out the obvious, which I know i'm not the only one thinking this, but I have a guilty pleasure, yes I do, and it's Caroline, and Stefan, I think their cute, and I laughed when Caroline teased about his "serious vampire look" hahaha. I thought last wk they were cute too. Will it happen?? Who the hell knows, maybe maybe not. lol In closing, Tyler finally will find out what he is(great getting that out of the way) And I still can't stand Bonnie. Also I am very happy for Alaric and Jenna, he made his move again, and I think this time it'll stick. And GRRRRRR!!!! Katherine is back to wreck havoc!! She's gonna destroy Caroline, and undue everything Stefan helped her with, I just know it.....But i'm not gonna lie, next wk looks exciting as hell!! lol

    Bonnie is a bitch she did not support Elena when her vampire mum came back and she was upset and bonnie ran away god i hate her soz my opinion. Damon is not immature and he has not killed anyone in ages Elena keep's him good . Don't you think when taking an arrow for someone that he should be frogived he could have died . I think he's earned it .

    Well if Damon didn't save Elena's life than she woulda been w/o Jeremy neway! So I guess it even's out a life for a life I suppose. He's saved her life twice, and She's saved his life twice...so their bound to work out it b4 this season is over..........................Did ne1 else notice that NO1 died in this episode!?!?! I haven;t seen one person bring that up yet......that's the first time no1 died, in spite of their rule, they said way back when.

    No. she's not. Are we even watching the same show? She did NOT run away. Bonnie was waiting for Elena at her house, hugged and gave her comfort and went out on a info hunting mission through Emilys spell book for a solution to the problem. How is that running away?
    Srsly, ONE arrow to make up for all the crud he's pulled?! Jeremy is her brother, for freaks sake! Anything less than cutting him out of her life is disingenuous, especially when we realize that he really tried to kill her brother in a fit of drunken rage, all because he didn't get what he wanted right that second. And a "whoops, I was mad, and I made a booboo," is so not sufficient. You just do not come back from that so easily, with one stinking arrow. Let him EARN it through leaving Stefan and Elenas relationship alone. Show respect and diginity for once, and be the man that she thought could be deserving of saving. Till then.. there needs to be sharing of the "incendia" spell. Gonna get worse before it gets any hope of better.

He's more than shown himself to be the man that is worthy of Elena devotedly being in love with, 'cause he's remorseful for what he's done. He proves himself everyday, in everyway, to be worth the trust, love and respect Elena has in him. Heck, even Bonnie (who is the vampire slayer of Mystic) does so too! Damon does not. She says 'no' to his petty, vindictive come-ons and what does he do? Kills her brother right in front of her, while she screams and bawls her eyes out. Lovely. Let's forgive him, shall we, because he saved her from a car and took a arrow. Are you freaking kidding me?! Stop dialing down the severity. He didn't break her baby bunny toy, or pulled her pigtails or tripped her over in the playground. DAMON KILLED HER BROTHER. He's not without redemption though.

    lol. I'm with ya - we shippers get carried away sometimes, but I love that we've been respectful to each other. Love Damon, 'cause I'm a Bamon fan. (Bonnie/Damon shipper) Ian is my darling. Stefan too. Caroline - Jenna - Matt. hehe. It's a love fest! <3 Agree with you, I'm a little tired of debating this all the time too. :( We both feel passionately about our characters and that's not a bad thing. Just wanted to make a point that It is possible to love Damon, but hate his actions. Same with Bonnie. Or Stefan. Or Elena. I don't always agree with your arguments, but I do respect them.     Ok look When he was dancing with Elena i don't think he was thinking of Katherine do u even member when he scared of Isobel he said to her " how dare u come into my town and messing with people i care about messing with Elena bad idea , and can really member the rest but it goes like u can tell that bitch Katherine to come and get what she wants or something . I thought we were cool it seem's like were going round in circle's over something made up lol a show . But he has not feed on anybody since season 1 and yes he did show guilt as he throw his glass into the fire. Wit ur saying one thing then saying another "Of course he threatened her, and Stefan knows he cares for her" then ur saying that by hurting Jeramey he doesn't make up ur mind .Damon saved Elena from the car accident aswell and ur forgetting the most important thing is in the last episode of season 1 episode 22 she dressed up and looked like Katherine Stefan looked i douno like shocked but happy Damon didn't like her that way he like's her the way she is because he say's when she's out of costume " much better , like you better this way". And yes what about if Bonnie didn't stop perfect Stefan he would have killed then i wonder if u would attack him as u do to Damon. He got of easy Elena treated him like he just bought her a ring or something , i know he did feel bad however and i do feel sad watching that scene but he got of lightly. wahinemurphy if we don't eventually forgive what kind of What does that say about you as a person, i mean yes punish him for ages by all means but without forgiveness were dead inside . She saw Stefan was with her and chose to be with her at the house. Not editing anything out - that wasn't running away. Stefan turned him but DAMON chose how he was going to be - Katherine corrupted and used him. Blaming everyone else for Damons actions is lame. An Arrow is nothing. He doesn't want to die? Dear heavens.. did Jeremy? Bree? Lexi? Did Vicki? You've got a brother, I understand the connection 'cause I've got a sister. Thing is - if a guy you knew and semi-trusted killed him in front of you, (Your boyfriends brother!) there's no way in gods green earth, you'd be makingout with his killer or ready to forgive him, over 1 arrow, would you? What does that say about you as a person, a sister - someone deserving of respect, integrity and loyalty? Does he love Elena? Is killing her little brother a form of it - snacking on her friends, weeks of abuse to Caroline, manipulating. I hope not! Did you see the hotness of Bonnie and Damon facing off??? That's Chemistry. Dancing is dancing - he probably was thinking of Katherine. What I remember about that episode is Elena consumed with worry over Stefan. You don't know me, to say what I believe. Do I blame stefan for nearly killing some1? Yes, and no. Yes, cause he did the crime but was stopped by Bonnie. And No. Because he regretted it, felt remorse and did everything in his power to make up for it. Damon hasn't. Never has.. even now. Save the Town.. how's that working out? Still feeding on it, manipulating and threatening. Agreed, we're not perfect in the same way we're not all immortal bloodthirsty killers. 150years should buy maturity and wisdom, that he hasn't an inkling of it around the two people who care for him - speaks enough. Being lonely and longing for Katherine was his downfall, agreed. Felt such sorrow for him. But acting out against one of the only two people who give a damn about him - is not cool. He destroys his life, and those around him. This isn't a person they should be around. Elena most of all - she can't defend herself should he lose that battle again. Isobel, he was flirting a lot with her mother. Ewww. Of course he threatened her, and Stefan knows he cares for her. But again, Stefan also knows that Damon reacts brutally when he doesn't get his way. So does Bonnie. Caroline. (There's a heck of a list of his victims, Charlene) Dont' forget that. Promo. Spoilers. If he kisses her, and she lets him - it's Katherine. If it's Elena - respect out the window.

    I think seeing the Salvatore brothers in the 60s, 70s, or even 80s would be really neat!! I would LOVE to see Stefan's "grunge" look in the 70s(?), as mentioned by Damon!!

And i think taking an arrow is a big thing a mean u say he's all these things but it could have killed him , and he does not want to die . Also ur forgetting Stefan turned him into a Vampire so i hate stefan for that . I mean like i say no i don't think one arrow and he should be forgiven because it was her brother and i have a brother and i don't know how i would react . He wanted to be a better man , but Katherine appeared and she told him "the answer to your question i have never loved you it's alway's been Stefan" Then Elena say's when he's trying to kiss her roughly " i care for you , i do but it's Stefan it's alway's going be Stefan" i am far from making that his excuse to break her brothers neak but i think cause Katherine dragged him under again and they both look alike he got like so angry and thought for a tiny second it was her . But you saw his face after he was in shock of what he did he throw a glass into the fire cause he knew it was soooooooo wrong. He's been lonely all these years and Elena he fell for it's not just some sick obsession like you think it is he loves her as even Stefan say's . Also do i have to remember you when Isobel came back and scared Elena and Damon went and pushed her to the ground and wronged her i didn't see Stefan doing that . We like different people we see it different . But all we can do is wait till next week cause if you have checked the promo then Damon kisses Elena on the check so me hopying they have became friends again .

    Her last name was actually originally "Petrova"-Katerina Petrova. I , too, can't WAIT to find out the whole backstory on her and how she relates to Isobel and Elena. I, too, was really sad to see Caroline break up with Matt, (it was really good to see Matt move on with his life after dating Elena), but Caroline broke up with him for his own good-to keep him safe. I think the first jealous episode was purely accidental (since Caroline promised Matt that there would be no more drama), and the second jealous episode was purely intentional. They were SUCH a cute couple! I also hope Caroline will be able withstand whatever Katherine puts her through.....

    I agree with the dominating theory about Katherine's relation to Elena : Since Elena is related to Katherine THROUGH Isobel, that means that she is a DIRECT descendant of Katherine through her bloodline, so Katherine had to have given birth to a child as a human, gave it up for adoption, and then got turned into a vampire.

    P.S. I LOVED how Elena looked at Damon as if to say, "Back off, Damon. I belong to Stefan, and only Stefan", and then gave Stefan an extra-long, passionate kiss when she was leaving to go to Duke.

    Seriously people, the whole damon/elena thing, not happening right now ! right now, stefan is perfect for elena. Right now, she loves stefan. If jeremy wasn't wearing the ring, he'll be dead. This isn't something THAT easy to forget. Right now, delena wouldn't make any sens and I'm not saying this because I think elena belongs with stefan.
