    Another that I thought was great. Really liked the comparison between Don when he was starting out and the new kid that he hired. Congrats on more Emmys!

    This episode was all about control: gaining it, having it, losing it. We got to see Don before he had any control and see the results of him losing control. Roger doesn't control the office anymore and Peggy is now under a new Art Director's control. I've watched it 3 times and I catch something each time I watch it!!
