    I'm curious why...in prep for season 5, CW uses a PR photo from early on. I know the boys have aged a bit, but come on! Can't they fork out some $ for a photo session or two?

    Well, I for one am glad to see the poster only shows Sam and Dean. I was a little worried about the addition of Castiel taking over the show.

    They are putting Misha on the "Starring:" line. Now, if we could get more Bobby this season will be perfect.

    I'm SO happy to see Misha's name as a regular on that poster! Honestly, along with Bobby, Castiel has been th best addition to SN so far!

    Echoing all who are glad to see Misha listed as a regular and crossing fingers that we'll see new promo pics for S5. And I sure was hoping that jim would FINALLY get to be a regular thi year. Anyhow I hope that we'll get to see him a lot and also other familiar faces come back next season, like Missouri and Rufus and the Harvelles...

    I'll agree with everyone here that the picture is pretty lame. No offense to Jared and Jensen, but that picture make them look like a couple of teenage heart throbs rather than adult actors who actually know how to act. It's so disappointing what little The CW gives us. Hell, the Space promos are far better than the CW ones!

    But I will disagree with whoever said they're glad Misha/Castiel isn't on it. He is a regular now, and at least he is listed as such but we need some good promo pictures of him. Or at least a poster that makes him look like part of the core ensemble.

    Oh, and the reason why Bobby/Jim is not a regular is because Jim doesn't want to tie himself up so that he can't do other projects. If you've been cast as a regular, you can't be cast in anything else. This way, with a recurring character, he can still work on other projects (like Harper's Island). So it's not like Kripke and them are brushing him off as unimportant to the show. This was Jim's decision.

    And plus, in all honesty, though I love Bobby to bits, his story isn't as complex as Sam, Dean, and Castiel's. He adds an important element to the show but his own character isn't complex enough to be a regular. He is Bobby, the surrogate father figure and go-to man of anything supernatural. Whereas Castiel's storyline runs right through and along with the brothers because he is going through the same things as them and is very rooted to the overall mythology, as opposed to Bobby who is beside the mythology who dips his toes in every now and again to help his boys.
