    Actually, I thought that was the weakest part of the episode. It was a stupid move on her part. Very over the top (and then they didn't even bother to check and see if the guys claiming to be US Marshalls actually *were* US Marshalls). The bit from when the bad guys stormed the safe house through the apparent Marshall's leaving needed a serious rewrite.

    I didn't think it was that bad, obviously Ziva knew that the 'fakies' were going to come in first therefor her double pistol skill shots were on the money. And really ... who else BUT the Marshall's would be coming in after that? Also, Ziva DID have her weapon and her badge out when she came around the corner when the Marshall's came in.

    I thought that scene rocked!! I just wish we had more Ziva this season. Is it just me or does it seem as though the writers have had an episode for everyone, but Ziva this year?
