We see a flashback to when Henry was still on the force and helped arrest a would-be bomber named Eugene Franks. Present day, when the DA overturns that arrest and Sean, Gus and Henry work together trying to figure out if Franks is indeed guilty, whether he worked alone or if he was set up.
