  4. The only thing I want from this episode is a kiss (a good one). I was hoping for a very romantic season but I´m hugely dissapointed so far.

  6. So I guess I'm 88 episodes behind but I'm watching the Pilot of Castle right now :D

  7. Why disappointed? They've given us as much romance as is possible without fundamentally changing the character of the show, alienating the non-shipper bits of the fan base, or rushing the story and leaving us sated too soon.

We've had multiple bedroom scenes, warm embraces, implied skinny dipping (!) and the world's sexiest handshake... But the fact that we want more is a good thing! No point over-doing things now, when they're planning to keep us enjoying the ship long term. This has been easily my favorite season since the second: recapturing that sense of fun and playfulness, with an all new level of romance sprinkled throughout, and best of all, a promise of more to come.

  10. When I read a comment like that I think to myself that, yeah, it was pretty good season so far and there was plenty of romantic scenes. But when I actually think of season 5, it doesn't seems that good judging by the amount of romantic/steamy scenes between Beckett and Castle. We've had two kisses(the quick one and the second while in bed) and plenty of almost kisses, which was fine to watch at the beginning but now it's kind of frustrating. Yes, there were some cute and funny moments but it's not enough, especially when I recall what actors and Marlowe said about this season. That there will be many kisses; they know that Rick and Kate are grown up people so it's natural that they have sex; and viewers will see how they discover and interact witch each other now, when they're together. And what we actually got is how they're trying to hide their relationship at work and a little bit of Kate's insecurity. There's already aired six episodes and if we barely see any sexy moments thus far, when they're in honeymoon phase, which I might assume they should make out in every possible moment (and they're not), what will be next? Also one think I miss very much is that there are so little scenes in Castle's loft with him, Martha or Alexis, not mentioning Beckett, which could be hilarious. I'm just waiting for more.

  11. Just wait till you get to season 2 imo, which ranks as one of the best to me (along with season 4 for me now) the season 2 2-parter Tick Tick Tick/Boom are 2 of the best castle episodes.

  12. I do get what you're saying. I just can't see it that way. We're not yet a third of the way in, and I'm and I'm honestly relieved that they're pacing themselves on the romance, not showing us everything at once, not letting our Caskett addiction lead to sacrificing the mystery each week, and not driving away viewers who aren't so devoted to that side of the show. They're being wonderfully thoughtful about it. As it is, we're getting a few big moments, lots of more subtle ones [eg., the way Castle takes Beckett's hand before placing coffee in it, in 5x05: such a small, beautiful moment!], and still maintaining the basic character of the show. And they've left room to grow! Wouldn't it be sad to be 6 episodes in, and feel like we'd seen most of what this romance had to offer?

  13. I could not agree more! I will continue to watch this show no matter what happens, but by not giving too much into the audiences desires makes it way more appealing to come back every week. This season is my favorite and I don't think the cast and crew could do it any better.

  15. I do not understand what you want, it is still the sixth episode. I think

first romantic moments of Castle and Beckett are less

The second point they will be in in further episodes.

  16. Is there going to be a break after 5.08? Does anyone know? Because I think it would be a little too early for a Christmas episode if there is no break but I hope it won't be!
