Episode 5.09 of Castle will be called "Secret Santa" and will involve the death of Edmund Smith, a Santa at a Santa school.

    I hope there is a good family/christmas element to the episode. Would be the perfect time for an awkward conversation about their future :-) Assuming if this is a Christmas episode then it will be the last before Christmas break :-( and they would probably leave us in suspense for the new year

    crap this could mean its the mid season finale, which cuffed was episode 10 last year. I hope we get 23 episodes again this season and not 22.

    Well, since we're missing one week for a Presidential Debate, it look's like everything's just been pushed forward a bit. Hopefully that won't change the final count on the season!

    Yay for a Christmas episode! To be honest, I'd kinda hoped they'd do one before Castle and Beckett started dating for the sole reason of the two somehow being under the mistletoe together, like at the office holiday party or something. Although I think that a mistletoe kiss with them together will be just as nice :)
