    While i love this series and am beyond excited it is back, Harvey and Mike's bromance is a main reason i like this show. I never thought i'd say this as Harvey's always been my boy, but this episode made it seem that he's not so much mad that Mike betrayed him, but that Mike didn't trust enough to GO TO him with Jessica, which okay i can see, but i don't' know...i guess i just thought he'd eventually understand and forgive him. i just want them back to their movie quoting-teasing-i love you so i'll show it by bugging you selves. *sigh*

    Can someone explain to me why Jessica was so scared, after Mike showed her that letter? I remember she is the one who tried to send the letter to a DA in the first place, so why she is scared of Mike having this letter?

    Jessica didn't know that he had a copy of the letter (and she tries to avoid saying anything about it aloud in case he was taping her). That's because the same letter that would send Mike to jail is also proof that Jessica blackmailed him (a crime). That's why he says they would be in the same boat; if she sends the letter, they would both be in trouble.
    Mike having the letter means she can't use that threat of exposing him to get him to do her bidding anymore!

    i think it also was because in addition to showing it was her home computer that printed the letter, it also showed when it was printed, so she can't claim to have just found out. therefore in addition to blackmail charges, she would be facing the SAME charges as Mike, because it proves she knew and kept him with the firm anyway. she would be SOOO screwed...

    Ooooh yeah good point! And here I was wondering how much trouble can one get in for blackmailing someone to ADMIT A CRIME....
