Yes, it's the right promo. CBS decided to schedule Red Bulls and His Red Right Hand for November 12th and November 19th respectively, pulling Throwing Fire from November air schedule. New air date for this episode hasn't been confirmed yet, but probably it will be scheduled for December together with A Price Above Rubies.
