Because this has come from a source that I wouldn't consider primary, basically a fan site, I wouldn't pay attention to it. If it were to come from E! or Enterainment Weekly (one of the biggest critics of Heroes) than I would start to think it might be true. For now I would just call this gossip.

Season 4 is the best season so far, very likeable characters. Season 1 wasnt that good, some characters in 1st season were very boring, like Mohinder and the painter who could see the future (HE WAS REALLY BORING).

I'm from Ireland, since the bbc won't air the series level with you lot, i've been downloading the episodes and watching them on tuesdays. HEROES has been amazing this season and to see it axed would be the worst move NBC could ever do since they don't have as many shows as successful as HEROES!!!
It would piss me off if HEROES were to be axed. I have already emailed the people on NBC. I'm really hoping this is just a rumour. If this isn't a rumour we really should start a Save-Our-Show campaign.

I tried, I really tried, to like this show so that my husband would have another show in common. However, I never could like it, and past the first season I got more and more bored and frustrated. I haven't even bothered to watch a single minute of this season, as I'd given it more than enough chances to improve. I'm naturally not sad to see it go. I think it only appeals to those who already loved superhero comics, and either failed to expand it audience beyond them, or just gradually lost the interest of those non-comic book readers. I needed something more nuanced - not necessarily more true-to-life - and Heroes failed to deliver time and time again.
