Latest spoiler show it is indeed Nathan as Peter Sylar/Nathan fight for the body. The writers really blow this is just a dumb move and not very exciting. I am tempted to watch something else as heroes as failed each year to improve in facts its been downhill since Season 2

Besides this goes back to whole time issue (which I hate) Nathan then cannot be President! This means Hiro does not stab Sylar or any of the event of Season one! And as unexpected as Nathan's death was at the end of season 3 - it was season 3.
