Georgina Haig has been cast in a series regular role in ABC's upcoming drama "The Crossing", SpoilerTV has learned.
The Crossing revolves around refugees from a war-torn country who start showing up to seek asylum in an American town. But the country these people are from is America, and the war they are fleeing is 250 years in the future.
Haig will play virologist Dr. Sophie Forbin, a vital member of the government team, who is inquisitive, driven and has her own personal reasons for researching the Apex phenomenon and what it could mean to the future of science.
