Seems that others sites are now reporting the renewal that we first reported 8 days ago on the 13th April.

SpoilerTV have learnt that Freeform have quietly renewed Shadowhunters for a 3rd Season and we already have tentative production dates.
We expect an official announcement to be released at a later date.
