NOTE: The opinions expressed here are NOT those of SpoilerTV but of the Author of this Article, Marc Berman.

    -Winners:
“The Voice” (NBC), “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” R (CBS), “The Flash” (CW), “This Is Us” (NBC), “NCIS” R (CBS), “Chicago Fire” (NBC)

    -Losers:
“Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (Fox), “New Girl” (Fox), “Scream Queens” (Fox), “No Tomorrow” (CW)

    Ratings Breakdown:
NBC topped this final November Tuesday in the household overnights, winning each of the six half-hours with its combination of “The Voice” (7.0 rating/11 share), bona fide freshman hit “This Is Us” (#1 for the night: 7.1/11) and “Chicago Fire” (5.1/ 9). Keep in mind that CBS was in all repeats care of the first airing of annual animated holiday classic “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” (#2: 5.0/ 8), a 9 p.m. ET edition of “NCIS” (#2: 5.7/ 9), and a 10 p.m. ET edition of “Bull” (#2: 4.5/ 8). Comparably, “Rudolph,” which always resonates in the young demos, was right on par with its year-ago telecast in the overnights.

The CW is benefiting by the week-long four superhero series crossover, with “The Flash” last night at a fourth-place 2.9/ 5 at 8 p.m., which compared to one week earlier (2.2/ 3 on Nov. 22) increased by 32 percent. But lead-out “No Tomorrow,” which has lived up to its title, dipped to a subpar 0.6/ 1 in the household overnights at 9 p.m.

Over at ABC, sitcoms “The Middle” (#3: 4.5/ 7) and recent entry “American Housewife” (#3: 3.7/ 6) remain respectable performers from 8-9 p.m. But the Tuesday 9-11 p.m. block continues to struggle with “Fresh Off the Boat” (#3: 2.9/ 4), sophomore “The Real O’Neals” (#3: 2.2/ 4) and “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” (#3: 1.7/ 3).

Last, and very least, was Fox’s line-up of “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (#5: 1.6/ 3), “New Girl” (#5: 1.3/ 2) and “Scream Queens” (#4: 0.9/ 1), which never should have made it to a second season.

What follows are the household overnight results for Tuesday, November 22 by half-hour:

    8:00 p.m.
    ABC – “The Middle”: 4.5/ 7 (#3)
