  • The Muppets - Episode 1.10 - Single All The Way
    "Single All the Way“ – The gang is preparing for the annual “Up Late” live Christmas special with, special guest Mindy Kaling. Animal is in charge of tinsel, Sweetums hangs the lights, Sam Eagle strategically places the mistletoe – everything is in order. Or so it seems. Meanwhile, Miss Piggy offers relationship advice to Fozzie, which forces her to reevaluate her relationship with Kermit. Yolanda rigs the Secret Santa gift exchange, and Echosmith performs at the crew’s Christmas party on “The Muppets,” TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

    “The Muppets” stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, the Great Gonzo, Pepe the King Prawn, Rizzo, Scooter, Rowlf and the Electric Mayhem.

    Guest starring are Mindy Kaling as herself and Echosmith as themselves.

    “Single All the Way” story was written by Gregg Mettler and Nell Scovell and the teleplay was written by Bob Kushell and Dave Caplan. The episode was directed by Matt Sohn.

  • Fresh Off The Boat - Episode 2.10 - The Real Santa
    “The Real Santa” – Jessica loves the holidays but feels that Santa could use some improvements. So she and Louis convince Evan that Santa is a scientist with multiple post-graduate degrees from Princeton and has a close relationship with his mother. Meanwhile, Eddie and Emery are struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift for their mother on “Fresh Off the Boat,” TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

    Inspired by a true story, “Fresh Off the Boat” stars Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Hudson Yang as Eddie, Forrest Wheeler as Emery, Ian Chen as Evan and Chelsey Crisp as Honey.

    Guest starring are Lucille Soong as Grandma Huang, Paul Scheer as Mitch, Ray Wise as Marvin, Bayne Gibby as Miss Costanzo and Chris Chauncey as Pan Cultural Seasonal Entity.

    “The Real Santa” was written by Kourtney Kang and directed by Henry Chen.

    “Fresh Off the Boat” was written by Nahnatchka Khan, who also serves as executive producer. Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar are also executive producers. The series is produced by 20th Century Fox Television.

    “Not So Silent Night” – Dreading the fact that they are always late to church and end up in the overflow room, Frankie makes the decision to have the family watch a Christmas Eve service on TV from the comfort of the Heck house. But a string of events make their evening anything but a peaceful, silent night, on “The Middle,” WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Meanwhile, the family are also preoccupied with their own agendas Mitch and Cam determined to make up for their bad caroling performance from last year.     “Stuff” – Dre thinks Christmas has become commercialized and is all about “stuff,” and no one loves “stuff” more than his kids. Pops and Ruby think they have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas and come up with a new plan to pare down gifts and spend more time together. The kids don’t handle the news well and hope that if they put on their best behavior Dre and Bow will cave in.
