Mindy and Danny:
This week's 5th wonderful episode in a row this season emphasizes on Mindy being a stay-at-home mom. At first, Danny doesn't believe she can do the job after she relies on the housekeeper, Sylvia (mentioned, but not in the episode). However, she proves him wrong when she does the job right and does everything by herself. While Danny is impressed that Mindy can handle this job, he gets jealous about this and thinks this is easy. She challenges him to do the task and she goes back to work as a result of this. He thinks it's all easy until everything goes chaos, which includes accidentally dropping pies and not handle multitasking. With Danny getting his hands full, Mindy is very happy to be back at work, who's taking Danny's position as he is taking the role as a "stay-at-home" dad. What will happen next? Will Mindy finally go back to work?

Morgan and Colette:
Meanwhile, Jody wants to find his lesbian sister, Colette a male date for their grandfather's wedding. However, she isn't comfortable because she is a lesbian. She asks Morgan if she will be pretend to be her boyfriend so Jody will not find out her true identity. He happily agrees to it. Therefore, they pretend to act like a couple every time Jody encounters them. Later on, Mindy (back at work) lets Colette know that it's okay to come out of closet. I love their friendship so much!! This causes Colette to call on the intercom and come out of the closet to everyone. At first, Jody looks devastated because he won't have a brother-in-law. However, he accepts her sexuality and get to bond over barbecue and trophy wives. She thinks Mindy for her advice. Unfortunately, for Morgan, he's back to being single. Despite this, he still stays friends with her.

Ending:
Danny failed as a "stay-at-home" dad because he got his mother (does not appear in the episode) to help him clean around the house and all the other chaos that went wrong earlier. When things couldn't get worse, he gets a call that his dad gets a heart attack. At first, he doesn't know if he should go, but Mindy will take care of it. Ma will take care of Leo, Danny will go visit his father, and Mindy will go back to work. He thanks Mindy for this. They embrace.

Memorable Quotes:
“Cooking, cleaning, laundry, paying the bills, waxing the floors, keeping the piano in tune, raising our son, and maintaining a positive attitude that sets the tone for the rest of the household." - Danny

“You shouldn’t hide who you are from someone you love." - Mindy

“Collette, you’re not really gay are you? This is just another one of your funny pranks, right? Like when you kissed that girl in your class or asked that girl to prom?” –Jody

Overall:
I enjoyed this episode because of the writing and the chemistry between Mindy and Danny. What really impressed me is that Mindy wanted to go back to work even though she enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom. She excelled well in that and proved Danny wrong after she was lazy towards the beginning of the episode. I would have loved to see Ma do Danny's duties as a stay-at-home dad as she was so awesome last season. She proved this week that she is not only an excellent mother to Leo and excels in doing the chores, but is also awesome at her job. Even her now "frenemy", Jody praises her. If Colette wasn't gay, she and Morgan would have fit well together as a couple.
