    I think it's Sara and she's still working for Charles as an insider. Possibly a case of Stockholm syndrome or something.

    'That Night' at the start of season 3, something happened between the 3rd Red Coat and Emily. This whole Emily/Sara thing would make a lot more sense too if something happened that Emily repressed/forgot and her interaction with Sara is an after-effect/residual emotions.

    Unless of course Charles is Sara and was the 3rd red coat the entire time.

    I can't really figure Sara out. Is she good, bad, clueless? I hope we get a bit more inside as we go along. Again they are building her up a bit which could mean she is a red herring.

    Yeah theirs 3.

    Alison was the one that helped the liars.
    Cece was only red coat once, to distract A while Alison helped the girls.
    The 3rd red coat is either A or a helper. They've been around since the start and is the weirder/darker one that is working against the liars. Eg she sent the video to Rosewood P.D. saying that Emily was guilty. The evil red coat is always wearing a mask of Alison or one of the liars.

    Yeah that's season 4 episode 6.

    Evil Red Coat first appeared in Season 2 episode 25 to Mona though. A more proper appearance was in Season 3 episode 2.

    In season 4 episode 13, Alison confirmed she was the red coat that was helping the liars.

    In season 5 episode 1, Alison reveals that Cece wore the red coat once to distract A (when Alison saved the girls during Season 4 episode 12)

    The third one is the evil red coat. We've seen them during some A ending sequences. They've also worked openly against the liars, like sending a video to Rosewood P.D. with the evil red coat holding a sign saying that Emily is guilty.

    I hope Red Coat is not Sara, this would be ridiculus because we didn't even know her during season 3 and season 4A. I think Red Coat is Melissa, and now she's the Black Widow.

    So does his mean Charles or one of the Liars kills Red Coat in the final, she ends up in jail for her crimes, or since -A is revealed in this episode they are actually one in the same person ?

    A Few cRaZy - A Theories:

    Sara Harvey or Sabrina is 'Charles after under going gender reassignment surgery.

    Sara Harvey or Sabrina is Alison's twin sister after plastic surgery .

    Dean Stavros is Charles ... because ... he played the diabolically evil Kol Mikaelson ( not to mention he's back 5 episodes before he big reveal ) ... so enough said.

    Here is a off the wall theory to mull over. What if Alison becomes a Nun ( she has a new faith in God not to mention that upcoming Church picture ) after the time jump.

    There was a sign on the wall in Radley that read Carissimi Group ... any good anagrams come from this besides Missiriac ?

    Mini Wilson Jr. at the end of the episode was kind of disturbing.
