  1. WTF? I'm speechless. I don't know whether is good or bad.

  2. OH MY GOD! Excuse me for saying this but she is so hot in those pictures! My excitement just went through the roof!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Firstly it seems its your view Natalie that Regina could be the new saviour - i say No thank you kindly.

And i am so intrigued with the look and feel. And thanks for keeping a leather look to it.

Looking forward to everyone's expressions esp her parents and Henry and Hook

    ReplyDelete
  4. I like it. I love the fact that she still has her signature leather look... #DarkSwan #CaptainSwan

    ReplyDelete
  5. Oooh! I bet Jennifer Morrison is having fun playing something like this.

    ReplyDelete
  6. This is exciting!!

    ReplyDelete
  7. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! FANTASTIC!
Wow she looks amazing. Loving it! Terrific. Love she hasn't her skin done like Gold was but showing some sort of Savior input.

This is so excited can't wait for this to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  8. WOW. I feel like WOW, is all i got here lol.
I always had this feeling that her Dark One costume will have a leather touch to it, so i am so glad they kept that in.
Jennifer Morrison is such a fine actress that i trust her with this and what she will bring to this as Dark Swan and what it means for Emma and Hook too.

Love is a weapon (that's been a sentence thrown in alot in season 4 around, concerning Rumple and also Hook)

Um nope. Sorry but these pictures are just awful. She looks like one of those idiots from that horrible top model show.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I really hope Hook takes charge here and leads this mission (because this the woman he loves on the line and Hook is a fighter and go to the ends of the earth for her) on the quest of finding Camelot and Merlin. The man has history with the dark one, and poetic and ironic that today he is in love with the dark one. And also for a man who has been alive for centuries he must of found something out about the Dark One origins or something, studied up on it.

  11. JESUS CHRIST

A few feathers here and there and I think this Dark Swan will be perfect :3

    ReplyDelete
  12. Does Emma have a tail in the second one?!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Whoa! this should be fun and angsty.

    ReplyDelete
  14. It's liked they rubbed flour all over her face.

    ReplyDelete
  15. LOL. I'm thinking it's a trail of darkness :-)

    ReplyDelete
  16. I do hope it is Hook. Makes so much sense. And he hinted he led many missions in his life and as you said this is Emma, the one he loves and will do anything to get her back from the darkness

    ReplyDelete
  17. Eduardo Castro has always done such a good job with the costumes, it looks amazing. The make-up is great too, I expected dark make-up but I actually prefer the white make-up and the different hair. It all looks really great.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I thought the saturation of the image was off but in hindsight it does look like too much makeup

    ReplyDelete
  19. They certainly wanted to make it look like she has one.

    ReplyDelete
  20. This is better then what i imagine.
Yes to the leather costume because leather is her main wardrobe in the show in a way.

This is going to be so angsty for Emma and her family. And I can't imagine how Emma/Hook will be - they are going to have to fight like anything to over this huge obstacle but hey True Love isnt easy but must be fought for

    ReplyDelete
  21. well, whatever it is: some tucking is in order (BOOM a tucking joke on stv, this is a first)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Wow! I wasn't prepared for that at all!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Just had to google to see if tucking means what I thing it means! Thumbs up for a successful one, tucking joke. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  24. I agree. The scenes where MM/Snow does all the action, and David it's just staying behind her are really annoying. David, unfortunately, it's the most useless character.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Same here.It would be so fulfilling to watch Killian save Emma. It's so romantic!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hahaha.he just looks pretty i the background.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Oh crap I just realized that she is missing a leg in the 2nd one, I mean that the leg is behind and keeping her in balance.
And I was already like, how is she holding up on those heels, great balancing, her bf must be a lucky one.

  28. inevitablejupiter3 July 2015 at 17:29

When I first saw a thumbnail, I thought it was Miley Cyrus. Let's hope for less tongue stuff...

    ReplyDelete
  29. I mean he is still a lucky guy, just not as lucky as I thought he was 10 secs ago.

    ReplyDelete
  30. She fell face-first in cement.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Not just romantic but he is the man she loves and he loves her. Who is going to be motivated like anything to get her back and save her for LOVE. But it just makes sense in part of their love story to have that angle added in their love story too.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Maybe that's why they should use him more. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm laughing at these pictures.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Ok that is freaky!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. The one thing I want from this season is for Hook to save Emma and when she comes out of this "darkness", I want Emma to be like "you found me" and Hook to reply "I will always find you"...that's it

    ReplyDelete
  36. Exactly. Having rewatched the finale, the last scene also really showcases my point - when the darkness grabs Regina. Granted, Robin does run to save her, but is thrown aback and then just stands there frozen. Snow and David are just gawking, and so is Hook. And that's pretty much how it remains. I guess it comes down to directing. Because even though the scene was about Emma, the other characters shouldn't just stand like they were nailed to the ground.

    ReplyDelete
  37. How come fans can't just be happy for a character without BASHING the other characters calling them useless? This is why I can't stand some characters.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Gaia Di Lorenzo3 July 2015 at 17:35

sooooo excited. cool and Regina as the new savior super cool but this also ruins my SQ hopes of together in the dark lol XD :P cryptic as ever. On one hand maybe I was right Emma can't be brought back as a Savior as he says there'll be a new one but on the other hand he says there is hope so I don't know but SUPER EXCITED AMAZING

    ReplyDelete
  39. OMG! So excited! But wow Emma looks so different as the dark one. Its going to be pretty interesting to see how it would be like as Emma as the dark one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. To be clear, I'm not bashing any of the characters but merely commenting on their lack of use/activity in some episodes. That's down to writing and directing. I have nothing against the characters themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Gaia Di Lorenzo3 July 2015 at 17:38

why? Don't you like them? What's funny?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Exactly. I would love to have more scenes with them, where they actually do something, instead of just staying in the background. That doesn't mean I have something against them.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Gaia Di Lorenzo3 July 2015 at 17:39

    hope speechless good.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I'm not sure yet. Haha.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I have auf Feeling this season will be very dark!!! And very different. I am ready

    ReplyDelete
  46. I really do like it. I love the leather look.
I rather it was her family, her son and her Killian be the core people in this arc. As its Emma's core relationships and the very ppl she loves and her happy ending are these ppl, reason for living and fighting on and figthing the darkness

    ReplyDelete
  47. Gaia Di Lorenzo3 July 2015 at 17:49

well they froze because they were surprised/scared and there was nothing they could have done infact Robin tried but was thrown back. Agree thou David was useless in S4 aside from Boobip episode.

    ReplyDelete
  48. OMFG!!!!!!! now all i wanna see is some dirty loving between dark swan and hook ^^

    ReplyDelete
  49. I wonder how long it will take until she step on someone with these heels.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I know. I think my issue is with the way they are placed ... Kind of far away - and not even approaching the darkness ...Seems artificial in some way. There should have been more movement, in my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Wow that looks cool

    ReplyDelete
  52. WOW. Just like...WOW. I'm LOVING the outfit, not crazy about the hair. Why is her hair and skin glowing like that? Or is it just the lighting because I'm not liking that part.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I completely agree.I really want to watch the premiere so badly right now.

    ReplyDelete
  54. To be honest I thought it was Lady Gaga in the second picture lol.

    ReplyDelete
  55. We CaptainSwan fans need some "Taco time".We've waited for so long!

    ReplyDelete
  56. ....and they'll finally make love.LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  57. That looks cool. I have few questions though.
Why is she so pale in the first photo? She looks like a vampire.
How did she get the dagger?
Is that a very long cape or black smoke?
Did they start filming? Or that's just a photo shoot?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Let's the sexy Dark Swan emerge from the ground. I still don't know if I love it or if it's scares me.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hi Annie Lennox. Welcome to the show.

    ReplyDelete
  60. No leathery skin then?

    ReplyDelete
  61. I am intrigued. Hoping it doesn't last the whole season. I to hope Killian doesn't give up to fight to get her back and yes it is time Regina stepped up and was motivated to save someone else rather than wanting to save herself first. After all Emma did sacrifice herself and her happiness with Killian, yet again, for Regina. I don't want another angst filled season for CS-we have gone through that for three seasons now, so I am hoping that after the he of 5a, Savior Emma will be back and Emma gets her own place and Killian can move in and they can fight the next curse or villian together in 5b.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think in the first photo they wanted to create a contrast, not so effective if I might say. Dark and light and that sort of stuff.
It is a promo shot so that is why she has the dagger, they start shooting next Wednesday. .
I think it is a cape but edited with a couple of effect.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Emma and Hook have got angst coming up. Its how couples are and we know that with angst comes some heartbreaking scenes and moments. Fighting for their love. And this is their hardest fight ever as individuals and a couple

I am intrigued to see what we find out in this whole Dark One/Darkness mythology too.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Can't wait for Comic-Con! This should be the SDCC poster lol

    ReplyDelete
  65. Regina is the half-Savior since s03e19 "A Curious Thing". SHE BROKE THE SECOND CURSE, for God's sake.

  68. The first photo is ok but the second photo is hilarious. I thought she was a giant lizard for a second

    ReplyDelete
  69. Meh. I thought she will have green skin, just like Rumple in EF before first and second curse. Disappointed.

    ReplyDelete
  70. hilarious, especially enjoy the picture of the smoke coming out of her ass.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Victoria Llanos3 July 2015 at 19:12

LOL! you're right! it does look that way!

    ReplyDelete
  72. KISS REGINA. KISS REGINA! You're now ready for it.

    ReplyDelete
  73. don't like it. I don't recall Rumple overdressing in black leather
too cliche, even for this show.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Looks very interesting, to say the least. Really excited for this season ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  75. And then the show can be about Hook being the savior and Emma can be the background character that women should be.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I understand after watching tv show for a lot of years that couples have angst but there is a point at which it get a bit too much. I am not sorry to say for myself that I think we have had enough for a while with this couple. I know there is going t be a lot of angst this season and I just hope for myself again, others feel differently and I respect that, it doesn't just get tedious and nt worth watching. I really want to see how dark Emma is given who she is but I don't want it to affect this relationship to the point where I get bored because they never catch a break and it's always one thing or another.

Hello Dark Swan, what can kind of darkness are you feeding in your heart ? What kind of darkness is eating the deepest part of yourself ?

    ReplyDelete
  78. Veizinger Tamás3 July 2015 at 19:45

    geez.. Totally love it!

    ReplyDelete
  79. It's probably her version of Rumpel's gold face paint.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I'm getting "world's worst Dolce print ad" from these.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Holy, Shit I can't wait for the season to start!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Gaia Di Lorenzo3 July 2015 at 20:18

    hope you will follow S5

    ReplyDelete
  83. Of course. Fan til death. Hahaha.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Dark swan? Is that really what they are calling her? Uugghh

    ReplyDelete
  85. I don't really know what to say to this one. Yes it looks great on the first picture, but on the second one it looks very strange. As for the name i guess i don't agree also. I think that we should we call her either the new Dark One or Dark Saviour.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Her head looks weird in both pictures, specially the first one. Seriously, it creeps me out. Am I the only one feeling like that? Lol

    ReplyDelete
  87. disqus_WiAN9M6WLK3 July 2015 at 20:53

The second pic looks amazing! I can't wait!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Can't wait for season 5.

    ReplyDelete
  89. disqus_WiAN9M6WLK3 July 2015 at 20:54

Except the look reminds me of the girl from the movie "Black Swan" coincidence? I think not haha

    ReplyDelete
  90. I actually hate this. I think it looks terrible.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I'm not sure I like it... the first picture reminds me very much of a stage-pic from a theatreplay (I think Faust/"Mephisto" because of the white make up?). I would have expected more darkness, esp. for the eye zone. Her skin doesn't have to change in Storybrooke, b/c Rumple also looked only like a reptile in the EF (and how would she walk through the forest in these killerheels anyway??).

    ReplyDelete
  92. i love the graphics they used which i can see in this picture

    ReplyDelete
  93. I have a big feeling that watching "Dark Emma" is going to fun, hilarious and quite addictive! Since season 1 we've seen this smart, tough good girl, and now we get a taste of her wild dark side. 😏 My biggest thing is, with Emma being dark, does that mean she's going to try to make the Not-So-Evil Queen evil again? Because if so, let's do it! 😈 Lol

    ReplyDelete
  94. Emma looks nowhere NEAR the Emma we know and love! Henry better save his mom!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Wow, Emma looks so different

    ReplyDelete
  96. Noneofyourbusiness4 July 2015 at 00:23

She looks a bit like Trinity, but that's not a bad thing.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Why is her hair all frosty like? Is she the dark one or the snow queen coz I'm confused.

    ReplyDelete
  98. She looks okay, I guess..

    ReplyDelete
  99. Kristi Hungerford4 July 2015 at 02:03

I dont like the look at all the bun the pasty white face she looks like a dead person coverin yp that there dead

    ReplyDelete
  100. Aryam Manzueta4 July 2015 at 02:24

If your first reaction to the second pic wasn't "wtf" you have problems lmao.

    ReplyDelete
  101. All I can say is UGH. Not feeling it.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Yeah I thought she was a giant lizard for second. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  103. Gaia Di Lorenzo4 July 2015 at 07:50

    me too. <3

    ReplyDelete
  104. . . . mannequin used to fill out the crowds in the gothpunk clubs in The Matrix films?

    ReplyDelete
  105. Yeah, I thought it was edited at first, like the body looks too small for the head (or vice versa). I think it's the angle, or the collar..

    ReplyDelete
  106. demeteretjanus5 July 2015 at 11:07

She seems to have the sides and the forehead golden, doesn't she ?

    ReplyDelete
  107. And they went back to the normal plot line after the Isaac fiasco thanks to her.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Sorry, I don't like it at all. I would have pictured something more wild looking, with crazy hair and dark makeup. She looks too severe and creepy. I'm not feeling the Dark Swan storyline at all. I hope they get it over with quickly. I've never been a fan of "turn the hero dark" plotlines. At least we may get some interesting moments with Killian, the Charmings, and Henry trying to save her. And Camelot looks promising. I hope they cast a badass for Merlin.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Regina has used light magic before, so I don't know what Natalie Abrams is playing at. It's not like it would be interesting or new for her to do it again. Plus, the "savior" label belongs to Emma, and I don't think anyone else should have it. MAYBE Henry, but that's about it.
Personally, although I hope Killian is the main one to save Emma, I'd kind of like to see Rumple step it up, too. His heart was all white after they removed the darkness. Might he have light magic now? That would be a big change (although we saw a little of it in the AU). Kind of a role reversal between Rumple and Emma. And perhaps at the end of the storyline, their magic gets switched back the way it was before. (Because let's face it, we can't lose dark one Rumple forever. He's too awesome a character!)

    ReplyDelete
  110. Yeah, because only women are allowed to be heroes. God forbid her father, boyfriend, or son play a role in saving her.

    ReplyDelete
  111. There's a difference between playing a role in saving her, and saving her. When Emma was going to kill Lily, Regina didn't stop Emma from killing her. She talked to Emma, and Emma decided not to do it herself. She retained the agency in her story. What these other people are talking about is Hook taking over the role of savior and saving Emma.

    ReplyDelete
  112. No one wants Hook to take Emma's role as savior. What we are talking about is a person being in danger and that person's loved ones rescuing her. Everyone needs to be rescued sometimes. Is it terrible that Emma saved Hook from Zelena trying to drown him in season 3? Did she take away Hook's agency by not letting him save himself? No, she simply saved the life of someone she cared about.
Women can save men, and men can save women. Everyone needs saving sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Just as the "dark one" label belonged to Rumpelstiltskin. Labels are overrated, boring and box characters into a stereotype.
Besides, if there's something this show is great at, is destroying labels... You only have to look at the "good and innocent" Snow White with all the wrong decisions.

I don't think Rumple will have light magic. He was not magic before he killed the last dark one. And, I don't trust Rumple being good, he has had plenty of chances to change and he has shown he's still selfish and coward. And I love the character with all his flaws (and Carlyle is great at performing) but in my opinion: Rumpelstiltskin will never be a good character.

Killian would be a good option: Love saves Emma. I'd also like Regina to save her, not in a romantic way (even tho I don't mind), but in a friendship/you-are-the-mother-of-my-son way.

Snow and Charming and Henry as a team would be also a good option. Because family matters. And all Emma ever wanted was a family. And now they should fight for her, show her the path back to light magic.

Personally, I don't think Emma will stop being the dark one

    ReplyDelete
  114. "I hope Hook is going to be central in here in saving Emma and finding
Merlin. It's time for him to step in and be a driving force in Emma's
    story
now when she is in danger and darkness around her and in her"

    ReplyDelete
  115. How is that bad? Emma's been a driving force in Hook's story, too. I don't see the problem here. They're in love, and their stories intertwine. They save each other, just like Snow & Charming save each other. What's the complaint? Why is it ok for women to save men but not for men to save women?

    ReplyDelete
  116. Interesting. I have seen Pirates of the Caribbean, and I get what you mean. I'm not sure it will happen, though, because they seem to have a plan to change Emma back using Merlin. Otherwise, why bring him into it? Also, I really want the dark one to go back to Rumple somehow. I agree with you about loving the character with all his flaws.

    ReplyDelete
  117. It's not bad for him to save her. It's bad for him to be the driving/central force in the story. It's not his story. It's hers.

    ReplyDelete
  118. I think you're mincing words. The point was that he should be the driving/central force in saving her, rather than some other third party. I don't think there was any suggestion that she not be involved in her own story.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I want to see Rumple being manipulative without his magic. And I want people targeting because well... after all those years of blackmailing, it's finally their chance.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Come to think of it, I prefer if she were exactly like Trinity. Sunglasses and all.

    ReplyDelete
  121. I love that plot line. Emma tempting the Queen to go dark, is like trying to get a former drug addict hooked on crystal meth again. A lot of inspiration can be found from the challenges former addicts face to keep themselves clean despite the overwhelming temptation. I do hope the writers go down this route and show us the conflict regina feels between being good and being dark. Let's be frank being dark is just more fun!

    ReplyDelete
  122. The creators have always called regina a magic addict, so it's not really new.

    ReplyDelete
  123. She did meet Elsa and Ingrid! Maybe she got inspiration!

    ReplyDelete
  124. I actually liked Ginnifer when she was the bitchy Evil Queen. Hopefully Jennifer Morrison can do the same.

    ReplyDelete
  125. I don't think true love kiss will do, since Rumple kissed Belle... So if it would work for Emma it would mean Rumbelle is not true love, and I don't think they'll do that...

I like the idea about addictions! Specially because we've seen time after time how dark magic/power is addictive!

    ReplyDelete
  126. Not a good style in my opinion. She just looks ugly, not dark. And Jennifer Morrison really isn't.

    ReplyDelete
  127. This looks--tacky. But hey, at least her skin isn't made of bad glitter.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Why don't they just call her the White Swan or the White Witch? She's just as pale as Tilda Swinton in the "NARNIA" movies.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Has anyone ever heard of the words, GOOD and EVIL? Nowadays, whenever someone wants to describe morality, they use colors or phrases associated with colors - especially LIGHT and DARKNESS.

    It's GOOD and EVIL, goddamit!!

    ReplyDelete
  130. That whole magic addiction storyline from early Season 2 was a load of crock. That wasn't even Regina's real problem. Henry thought it was, which goes to show that it's a bad idea to allow a 10-11 year-old be the voice of morality.

And by the way, the show won't be exploring Emma's moral ambiguity. Not really. The showrunners gave her a moral out with this entity or curse.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Don't you mean White Swan? Emma looks paler than milk.
