Hell No, Hell Yes, another Sharknado Movie.

When you see the comments regarding the Sharknado franchise it reminds me of Marmite (a snack spread here in U.K) you either love it or hate it. No one forces you to watch them but the twitter frenzy tends to all make us want to see what the hype was about. The films won't win any academy awards that’s not what they are designed for. These movies are pure check your brain at the door entertainment. Like the Tagline says 'It's Terribly Good'.

The stories centre on Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) ,if anyone doesn't get the pun with the name you shouldn't be watching these movies. In the first movie Fin was a have a go hero wanting to save his bar and his family. This included ex-wife April Wexler (Tara Reid) and the help of his feisty barmaid Nova Clarke (Cassandra Screbo). He saved the day and Nova in the belly of shark in the bloodiest and funniest films I have seen for ages. It was bizarre, twitter was ablaze and the Sharknado had arrived.

In the second instalment Fin heads to New York with April( yes they are now back together) on her ‘How to survive a Sharknado’ book tour (still need to buy that). However its little help when on the plane ride to New York they are attacked by Sharks. April loses a hand and we all rejoice as Perez Hilton (sorry Perez) playing an impatient passenger gets eaten. Finn lands the plane in scene similar to Airplane but it’s not over. New York does not have alligators anymore in the sewers; the sharks are eating them as the Sharknado 2 hits the Big Apple. Finn with help from a Chain saw and his Chain saw hand wielding wife once again save the day. The celebrity cameos are crazy and you know Finn and April are going to be back.

So Sharknado 3 what could you possible give us, more celeb cameos, more Sharks and more everything. Oh and Nova is back.

This Sharknado delivered on all the above with celebs lining up for a bite of the action (pun intended). Sharknado 3 has some of its craziest ideas yet from DC to Orlando, the cheesy lines are there, the sharks are hungry and the celebs are going down in every scene. Not even the hulk was safe!
Fin ,after saving the president, races to save his family and the east coast from one of the biggest Sharknado’s they have seen yet. Nova joins the fight with some impressive fighting skills overcoming her Post traumatic shark disorder. From planes to amusement parks , it all ends with an epic battle in space, why? well to defeat the storm they need to get above it so Fin, with the help of his dad Colonel Gilbert Shepard (David Hasselhoff), travel to space to save the day but not without cost.
Fin and family barely survive and they give us one of weirdest births I have ever seen ( they call the son Gil after his dad). In a surprise twist just before the end the viewers are left to decide the fate of April.

Some of the stand out sharktastic moments for me where..

A shark is impaled on the American flag in a pose similar to a very iconic photo after a Sharknado has destroyed the White House.

Nova saves Fin like a masked avenger

Nova’s side kick Lucas (Played by Malcolm in the middle star Frankie Muniz) hits the button to blow up the van with his chin after all his limbs get eaten

The shark riding the rollercoaster and eventually eating wrestler Jericho

Fin and Nova coming out the lake after a plane crash like something out of Rambo

Sharks in space

The Hoff saves the day

The birth inside a shark
( No picture as it may be disturbing for some viewers)

So what were your craziest and wackiest moments from this movie?

Please post in the comments below and be warned …
Sharknado 4 is coming
