    They started production late this season...there probably will be breaks before midseason unlike last years straight thru run :(

    Shows kill main characters all the time. I don't see why this is a big deal. Also, did people really like Derek that much?

    It' a story. And the character wasn't that interesting anyway. I guess I am just used to comic books, regular books, and soaps where people get killed regularly. It really doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

    Oh, Grey's should take tips from Soaps. hire a new actor and say Derek Shepherd got plastic surgery. Or better yet, take inspiration from GH, it turns out he is on some island and his organ donations were from somebody else. Actually they could do what AMC did for their last few episodes, bring everyone from the dead back to life due to some doctor having some experimental drug. Ha ha, you got to love Soap Opera.

    He died and it was sad, but I got over it. It is disrespectful to the other actors to spend all my time upset over one actor when there is plenty more talented actors and characters on the show.
