  1. Um
No Muppets, Scream Queen or Supergirl
    ...

    ReplyDelete
  2. That's good lol.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I don't think The Catch will do that good.

    ReplyDelete
  4. They predicted State of Affairs in the top 15 last year. LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  5. No complaints from me. The Blacklist could have been there, but NBC botched that up big time....

    ReplyDelete
  6. So advertisers are pretty confident Scandal will get its mojo back

    ReplyDelete
  7. Empire will do better than that i think

    ReplyDelete
  8. I actually think that's reasonable, maybe slightly higer

    ReplyDelete
  9. Empire - 5.5 - Pessimistic
    Scandal - 3.4 - Optimistic

    HTGAWM - 3.3 - Optimistic

    Modern Family - 3.2 - Optimistic

    The X-Files - 3.1 - Optimistic
    Blindspot - 3.0 - Optimistic

    The Catch - 3.0 - Optimistic

  10. Empire - 5.5 - Pessimistic

    Scandal - 3.4 - Optimistic

How to Get Away With Murder - 3.3 - Optimistic

    Modern Family - 3.2 - Optimistic

    The X-Files - 3.1 - Optimistic

    Blindspot - 3.0 - Optimistic

    The Catch - 3.0 - Optimistic

  11. Yes, but it ended with a 6.9, so I don't think it will fall to a 5.5

    ReplyDelete
  12. I expect to rebound from the spring but don't see it doing the mid 3s

    Besides TGIT promotion, I think
ABC needs a promo similar to a Revenge S3 promo that was able to help

    ReplyDelete
  13. BONES IS THE BEST!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  14. They're placing way too much faith on The Catch but that's just me.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I agree as well.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Oh yeah, the Emily gets shot promo boosted Revenge from a 1.6 to a 2.3, so they really need something that big to get Scandal's motors running again. After that... well, it'll be all about how TGIT and Scandal itself fare

    ReplyDelete
  17. Agree I am expecting more of a 2.5ish.., should be way above AC

    ReplyDelete
  18. I honestly think Murder will end up rating higher than Scandal next season

    ReplyDelete
  19. Possible..esp if Viola nabs the Emmy just a couple of days before

    ReplyDelete
  20. Here's to hoping Supergirl flops.

    ReplyDelete
  21. It'll get a renewal,no doubt about it but not that big as these people are making it out to be.Scream Queens,Muppets & Supergirl have that potential IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I am predicting though early
    Greys 2.7-2.8
    Scandal 3.1
    Murder 3.3

    ReplyDelete
  23. I don't think Supergirl has that potential.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Not that High for Scandal.Maybe 2.8 ish?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Scream Queens should premiere but I see it falling a la AOS S1

The Catch should benefit from easy time slot/ huge Oscar promotion

    ReplyDelete
  26. Definitely true. The Blacklist has been destroyed.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The lame storylines didn't help either.

    ReplyDelete
  28. How to get away with Murder has a big chance of becoming as hot as Scandal was, while Scandal has the chance to become a good performer like Grey's.

Once Grey's retire, Scandal will go on at 8, and Murder will move to 9PM (maybe sharing its timeslot with The Catch if it does well) and a new Shonda drama will air at 10. And so ABC will keep TGIT forever, and ever and ever...

    ReplyDelete
  29. I know. Both worked together to kill the show lol.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I can tell you this-It will premiere big. What happens after that? your guess is as good as mine!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Maybe, but I think it could post the 3.0. It would be a +0.7 increase from the finale, which is what Revenge did on its 3rd season premiere, so it's possible, especially taking into account all the promotion that ABC will put on it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I don't think Scandal will bounce back. Tbh I think HTGAWM will do better, like
    Scandal 2.9
    HTGAWM 3.0

    ReplyDelete
  33. Seems legit, though I'd made some slight adjustments:
    Greys: 2.7
    Scandal: 3.0
    Murder: 3.2

    As I said, slight adjustments

    ReplyDelete
  34. I don't think it will premiere big.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Even all TGIT shows crash ABC can still average a 2.0/2.1 for the night

    ReplyDelete
  36. I hope HTGAWM does really well!

    ReplyDelete
  37. As a matter of fact, HTGAWM's avarage for the season is 2.96 while Scandal's is 2.87, so Murder already outrated Scandal on avarage this season

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yep, Thursdays is the least of their troubles

    ReplyDelete
  39. Did they drop all those things the fans talked about last season that disappointed them? B13 SL or Getting rid of annoying characters like Rowan,Jake? That might help.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Well if GA can achieve a 2.7-2.8, Scandal should able to build by a couple of tenths

    ReplyDelete
  41. I think Gotham's performance his year hurt the predictions towards Supergirl

    ReplyDelete
  42. Don't underestimate GA.I think it will beat Scandal in the fall after some episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Rowan is in jail
    Jake left
    B613 was completely dead

    ReplyDelete
  44. I think The X-Files is one of the few up there that could easily do a lot better than a 3.1.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I don't think so.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I'm hoping X-Files premieres to a 4.0 rating at least.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Good for the fans,i know almost everyone complained about these.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Just for Derek's Death eps

    ReplyDelete
  49. IMO Gotham is super boring.I hope Supergirl is better.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yup as long Shonda produces shows that can achieve 2s the night is hers

    ReplyDelete
  51. True, and they tied once before that

    ReplyDelete
  52. It will have football so likely will

    ReplyDelete
  53. I was already gonna watch Blindspot because its looks good but I never thought that it would make it up there with the top 15.

    ReplyDelete
  54. ABC essentially gave her the keys to Thursdays; she can do anything she wants there

    ReplyDelete
  55. That's so good to hear.Go Keating clan!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Caught some Gotham episodes; never got into it.
I'm also hoping Supergirl is better; since the people behing Arrow and Flash are on it, I'm hoping for the best

    ReplyDelete
  57. Gotham is a bad show, but I still watch it because I love the Batman universe.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I expect TBBT to continue its decline further next season.

I know it's renewed through S10 is that the final though?

    ReplyDelete
  59. It'll depend on the cast and crew. CBS kept 2.5 Men around when it was doing high 1s, so it'll keep TBBT if the people behind the show is up for it

    ReplyDelete
  60. I think it has a chance.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Yup plus the last couple of eps that the decline happen were all cases of the week

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think it depends on the cast... I don't see them continue if the big characters leave

    ReplyDelete
  63. And i'm probably the only person in the world who doesn't find Batman appealing at all.LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  64. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    ReplyDelete
  65. Wow didn't expect the catch to be on there, isn't that a mid-season show too?

    ReplyDelete
  66. Yes it is a mid season show.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hahaha.I know.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Minus Empire a lot of show will possibly be down big time

    ReplyDelete
  69. The moment Jim Parsons steps out of the door, the show is done.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Wow! Didn't know that, but so great to hear!

    ReplyDelete
  71. The funny thing is, the round up numbers are:
    Murder: 3.0
    Scandal: 2.9

Exactly the prediction you left above xD

    ReplyDelete
  72. I found it optimistic.

    ReplyDelete
  73. In fact, its last half hour was a 7.0, so it may premiere higher than a 7 (my guess is a 7.7)

    ReplyDelete
  74. Season 9 was usually scoring around 5.8 to 6.1 on a regular basis, there's no reason to assume it couldn't do better than 3.1. In fact I think it's almost guaranteed it will. It's not like they're asking people to go to the movie theater and The X-Files is one of the most influential television shows in history, and lots of people still wanna see the resolution to the series. So, I think so.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Well, most of the people who watched the original have aged, it ended 13 years ago, but I still think it'll do pretty good. I think around mid 3s

    ReplyDelete
  76. It ended with a 6.9 so I don't think a 5.5 is optimistic.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Yeah, but viewers have changed a lot since the then. I think their is potential for the show to be a ratings hit, but since TV ratings have been falling for years now, you just don't know.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I don't think that it's going to be that high, but it's not impossible. my guess is a 7.1

    ReplyDelete
  79. I think/hope The Muppets and Scream Queens will premiere with +3.0

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hm-hm I don't think Scandal can be aired at 8 with the violence/sexual content.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Yep, having seen it I can tell you that I was really disappointed and didn't feel the 'Shonda vibe' at all.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Ugh they'll do like last year and give us two shitty teasers (talking about Scandal)............... -_-

    ReplyDelete
  83. People said the same thing before it moved from 10 to 9, saying it wasn't apt for 9.

And honestly, there's always a way around that. Revolution aired at 8 on Wednesday and its content was apt for a 10pm show.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I thought it was only Shonda who didn't it moved to 9 because they'd have to make lighter content but then they made a deal etc to air it at 9 but with the same content.
I never understood why Revolution wasn't apt for 8 (according to people) to be honest.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Well American Crime got that promotion that The Catch is going to have and still it premiered okay but then it just keeps going down and down.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I sort of take this with a grain of salt, since football is a no-brainer, and last's year's top predictions included The Blacklist on Thursday and State of Affairs.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I think you're right. I had seen all of the hype about the show and decided to check it out, but I didn't watch an episode of it until it had finished. Next season I'm going to be watching it from the start, I think that there are a lot of people like me.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Just batman, or everything from Gotham City? Cause I think Batman is meh, but I like the Gotham Villains!

    ReplyDelete
  89. Douglas from Brazil22 July 2015 at 01:45

Blindspot and The Cacth at 2.9? I didn't expect TC in that list, so odd.

    ReplyDelete
  90. No surprise. S4B of Scandal was so boring

    ReplyDelete
  91. Douglas from Brazil22 July 2015 at 01:48

I think Scandal is going to season 1 levels and Grey's will follow or even lower.HTGAWM will be next.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Douglas from Brazil22 July 2015 at 01:50

and you mean "aged" you mean over 50 years old?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Douglas from Brazil22 July 2015 at 01:51

TGIT forever...good lord I need to stop watching tv.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Douglas from Brazil22 July 2015 at 01:52

But airs at 8pm in Central time zone so what's the difference?

    ReplyDelete
  95. I hope Blindspot does well.

    ReplyDelete
  96. I don't watch Scandal, but my mom was in love with it. She has officially taken it off her DVR series list.

    ReplyDelete
  97. I love Scandal but it didn't have a brilliant

    ReplyDelete
  98. Everything from Gotham City.I just find it bland.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Add the recasting on top of it and we might be looking for a disaster waiting to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  100. none of those will earn a 2.8 or higher for even one episode.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I really don't what they were thinking with that show to be honest.
13 episodes is going to way to long to uncover the 'mystery'.
10, or even 8 would be enough IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Well, yeah, a good chunk of the audience must be over 50 (those who were 37 and onward), but those who were on their 20s and early 30s will still be on the 18-34 demographic, so I think the ratings will be in the mid 3s as opposed to the 6s it was getting back on its final season
