Teen Wolf down two tenths from the s4 finale... :/ But that's still pretty good IMO. And the total viewers are pretty much the same (even though that is meaningless)

I wish teen wolf started out higher, I wonder how much the leaks effected this episode and tonight's episode too.

Not happy with the demo for Teen Wolf but it's to be expected given how lackluster season 4 was. Here's hoping word of mouth on the awesome season 5 premiere will cause ratings to rise.

ReplyDeleteSad to see The Whispers down again. It was a great episode. Not es good as the one last week but still good. I just hope that ABC renews it. The show really has potential!

ReplyDeleteI think in this case is a bit important total viewers because of the demo target that MTV's looking for, that may be teens. I'm not really sure about this though.

ReplyDeleteIt really sucks that the whispers is down in such a crucial week for the show, and following last week's excellent episode. I am not very optimistic right now, although given the poor slate of ABC's summer (The Whispers, Extreme Weight Loss (x2), Astronaut Wives Club, Mistresses, Rookie Blue) everything s possible. They won't can everything. I think Mistresses survives and AWC is a goner, the rest is a tossup right now.
ReplyDeleteYeah not exactly sure how long before the premiere (at least a few hours), but yeah the first two episodes got leaked, most people I know who watch the show watched it that way.
ReplyDeleteSupposedly, "teens" are the ones more time spent at the Internet, so I think it didn't affect demo, but mostly total viewers.
ReplyDeleteWell everyone I follow on tumblr (Sigh yes I know) who watches teen wolf is 18 or over, so who knows when it comes to the leak.

Hmmm it depends I don't think they should continue on to college (though that would be interesting to see). I think season five will end with them graduating or at least being close to graduating. So i think a finale sixth season would be good to end the series.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I agree. I think they'll do the same as with seasons 1 and 2, and 3 and 4, that two make a year.
ReplyDeleteUgh it's just the more I think about it I would love to see them in college for a bit, but it would be hard to fit the other characters who aren't in college. I hope when the series ends we get like a flash forward, or at least things that are heavily implied for the future. I just want a happy ending for these characters.
