  1. I voted Katrina Law, probably cause she is fresh in my memory.

But for me it's a tie between Katrina, Peggy, Buffy and Nikita.

  3. Sarah Michelle Gellar!

  4. I go with Maggie Q, as not only did Nikita have excellent fight scenes, but Maggie actually did all of her own stunts which made those scenes all the more believable. Honorable mention to Ming-Na Wen, Hayley Atwell, Lyndsy Fonseca, Katrina Law and other: Caity Lotz.

  5. I do not watch any shows from the above so my choice is Cote de Pablo as Ziva David in NCIS.

  6. Katheryn Winnick ftw!

  11. Maggie Q, Katheryn Winnick, Katrina Law, Ivana Milicevic and Yvonne Strahovski ( I believe she is trained in kickboxing)

  12. Maggie Q, EASILY! It's a "Hollywood Crime" she wasn't cast as "Psylocke" in the next X - Men film and if you haven't seen her in "Live Free or Die Hard" check it out...........SHE KICKS BRUCE WILLIS' ASS!

  15. That's a horrible choice to make between Ming-Na Wen and Maggie Q.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Darn it, lots of great options. But have to go with Other - Katheryn Winnick

Katrina Law and the Banshee babes Ivana Milicevic & Odette Anabelle are not far behind though.

  17. Hard to pick just one but I went for Ming Na-Wen, kicking ass and taking no prisoners.

    Emily Thorne from Revenge!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Katheryn Winnick and Caity Lotz need to be on that list.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Although with the top 3, Asians FTW!!! hahaha. That's one stereotype I'm glad we have.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I was stuck btwn hayley atwell, katee sackoff, and everyone else from Banshee. Now the girls/ people in Banshee khow to kick ass

    ReplyDelete
  26. Yes, they do! Too bad we can pick only one, does "the kickass women from Banshee" count as one vote?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Does this list include actresses who didn't use stunt doubles?

    ReplyDelete
  28. On The List: Katee Sackoff (especially for BSG and Bionic Woman) and then Peggy Carter.

Off the List/Honerable Mentions: Jennifer Garner "Sydney Bristow - Alias", Lucy Lawless "Diana/#3" -BSG, Gina Tores "Anna Espinosa - Alias", Tracey Spiradokas "Charlie Matheson - Revolution", "Michelle Ryan - Bionic Woman", and had some pretty fun fight scenes between Kate (Evangeline Lilly) & Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell), and Juliet & Charlotte (Rebecca Mader) on LOST.

Wow this is a first. I actually love them all. I guess i'm gonna have to go with Katrina Law, Maggie Q. Ivana Milicevic, Ming -Na Wen and SMG.

  30. Sometimes it's difficult to tell who has actually had martial arts training and who looks likethey have because they're dancers who have mastered the choreography. Perhaps if I had training myself I could tell the difference.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Jennifer Garner, Katrina Law, Sarah Michelle Geller and Caty Lotz.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I'd have to go with Maggie Q. Although for me it's a difficult question to answer since I don't how much is really them or their stunt double.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Ming-Na Wen, Maggie Q, Katrina Law

    ReplyDelete
  34. Noooo I need more than 1 vote. I Starbuck is my all time favourite but Bobbi on AoS is my current favourite. I'm so torn.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Tough tough. Was a hard choice between Ming Na Wen and Maggi Q. Voted for Maggi though, I do like her form and technique a bit better. At least at a quick youtoub seach I could find Maggi doing martial arts, could not find any were I know 100% it was Ming Na Wen (I am sure I just did not find those videos yet). Off the list I have to name Celina Jade who played Shado on Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  36. oh can't believe I forgot Caity Lotz, she is amazing.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I tried to include only the ones who had martial arts training. Ie- Maggie Q did most of her own stunts on Nikita.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Hard choice...

I had to go with Summer, because you know... River.. Cameron...

But Ming Na, Hayley Atwell and Katrina Law were close runner ups.

    ReplyDelete
  39. So many good ones to choose from I voted Maggie Q but of course Ming Na Wen is right up there too.

  40. Kathleen Kervin2 May 2015 at 00:14

Lots of good choices but I'd add Caity Lotz (Arrow) and Kathryn Winnick (Vikings).

    ReplyDelete
  41. Other...Kathryn Winnick, hands down. She is the most convincing fighter in my book.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Loved that rooftop battle between Michelle Ryan and Katee Sackoff in the pouring rain in the pilot. I actually thought there was hope for BW at that moment. Sadly, I was way mistaken.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Jennifer Garner is my all time fave, and of course, SMG's Buffy was all kinds of awesome. Certainly Maggie Q is on the list and who doesn't love Yvonne Strahovski? Summer Glau taking out the trash in "Serenity" was priceless. Chloe Grace Moretz kicking ass as Hit Girl was great. Scarlett Johannson as Black Widow. Saoirse Ronan as Hanna. The list goes on and on.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I miss the Nerd Herd.

    ReplyDelete
  45. And kicked and kicked and kicked.

    ReplyDelete
  46. And kicked! ;)

  47. My feelings exactly!

Shahi doesn't get enough credit for her stunts and fights - she does 99% of them! Or did before she got pregnant.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Skye! She may not be experienced, but she can definitely kick butt now! If you need proof, just watch the latest episode!
