    I think Johnny D will die. Look at the colour of the suit, it is brown and Barbas and Amaros suits are darker.

    I think it's Amaro, cuz Barba is still in the court room with jacket off. and in the last scene of preview it shows everyone but Amaro. Watch it again. Looks like Pino is leaving the show. :(

    I'm not a regular "watcher" of this show, but I'll definitely watch this. Seems intense. And if Danny leaves the show, then I'll stop watching for good.

    It's def not Barba, he's standing in the courtroom as Liv runs out in the hallway. Nick's the one on the gurney with a bullet hole to his gut in the leaked photos from set. Whether or not he dies though is still up in the air. Danny wasn't at NBCupfronts & he hasn't been in any of the BTS shots from filming S17 but I don't get why they put that nod in to him being Liv's no2 at the very end of last night's ep if he's not going to stay on the show. I love Nick/Danny so I really want to keep him around. My mind's been set he's leaving but now I'm grasping all because that last scene. He's the only reasonable person to be Sarge as Fin doesn't want to.

    Well Johnny D better die cause I don't want any Benoah drama in S17, this season has been far too busy with that toddler, time to focus back on the crimes now & maybe let the rest of the cast get some spotlight.

    I'm with you, I dunno if I want to watch without him either. It would be for Amanda/Kelli then but if they keep up with the Benoah drama I just can't deal with the soap any longer.

    They did a pretty good job cleaning up social medias after a guest star leaked the pics but I found at least one on a friend of mine's twitter account, hope this works https://twitter.com/OhMai89/status/593193605021335552 There's another pic where you see it's him a ltl better but I couldn't find it
