Grimm - You Don't Know Jack - Review

This week in Grimm You Don't Know Jack: a string of homicides have the press asking Captain Renard if a Jack the Ripper copycat has arrived in Portland. While dealing with the investigation, Nick, Hank, Monroe and Wu deal with a situation they never expected. Meanwhile, Adalind and Rosalee must work together on a last ditch attempt to fix Juliette's condition. Elsewhere, Juliette decides to help her new ally even if it means hurting those around her.

Yes, the trailer is gone. Everyone remember the first time they stepped into there and it's very touching. Nick, Hank, Monroe and Wu can't believe Juliette burned the trailer down. No more books, no more weapons. And that wasn't Juliette who did this, but the Hexenbeist inside her. Anyway, Juliette or not, she does have a plan: contact Kelly Burkhart and get her into a trap, as Prince Kenneth ordered.

Adalind is doing everything she can to make amends but Rosalee still can't trust her properly. Next problem is keeping Adalind's safe and the only place Nick and the others can take her is Bud's house, who's surprised to realize the whole situation with Nick, Adalind and Juliette - yeah, Bud, we feel you, we had the same expression.

Also, the team need to exhume Adalind's mother body and that scene with the coffin was pretty hilarious and one of the funniest in the episode. Basically Adalind tells her mother what happened to her in the past season; the missing daughter she had with Sean, the other one she's expecting from Nick, and how much she wants her to be alive because she needs her help, so "Thank you mom for being dead when I needed you". In the background, Monroe, Rosalee and Renard had done a big effort trying not to laugh. Despite the whole situation, Adalind hasn't lost her sense of humour. Another scene I loved was watching a braveheart Rosalee who manages to cut and open Adalind's mother body. Monroe and Adalind are pretty disguested since Monroe said "I'm vegan". I didn't know that, did you?

Once the potion is done, what they have to do is make Juliette drink it. Adalind decides to drink it first, since she's a Hexenbeist. If the potion will work on her, then it's going to have the same effect on Juliette. I guess drinking that is really disgusting, also because Adalind feels: "Like I've just drunk my mom". Anyway, the potion worked. Adalind tries to woge, but her wogen side is gone for good. Now they need Juliette, who is meanwhile plotting with Prince Kenneth and his evil team to break into Nick's house probably. As Nick helps Adalind to take some rest, she still wonders what will happen with their baby. Nick reassures her saying, "No one's gonna take him from me this time."

The Wesen of the Week involves a Jack the Ripper copycat who kills prostitutes in Portland. So instead of killing women because they were prostitute, the copycat choses to murder women because they are Wesens. When Nick, Hank and Monroe investigate and read some books that apparently didn't burn at all, they discover that the copycat wasn't a Wesen but someone was commanding him to do so. Or did Jack the Ripper survive nowdays?

Meanwhile, this bleeding thing with Sean Renard is getting really annoyed. It was about time he finally decides to talk with someone like Henrietta. "I think something is wrong with me", well you keep bleeding, obviously you're not ok. When Renard leaves, Henrietta gets killed byt the copycat. What?!

In the last scene, when Juliette arrives at the Spice Shop, it comes clean she's totally lost her control and doesn't want any help. She likes what she is now. And she's incredibly dangerous. Her power makes everyone do whatever she wants as she smashes Rosalee - who was trying to give her the potion - into the shelves,  and control Nick and his loaded gun pointed to Monroe. Then, a gunshot is hearded, but we don't know what happens next because the scene goes black. I just wonder why neither Monroe or Hank did something in that moment. They were frightened by Juliette?

What's coming next? Is Juliette going to become the next enemy in Grimm? Are Adalind and Nick raising their child together? Also, Trubel, Kelly and Diana are coming back. Not to mention the murder case still hasn't been solved.
