Since you said last 10 years meaning 2005-2015 I'd say Scandal, The Walking Dead, Supernatural, Desperate Housewives, Under The Dome, Empire, Two and a HalfMen, The Big Bang Theory, Grey Anatomy, Lost, Breaking Bad, Ncis Franchise, Person Of Interest, Glee, Bones, Modern Family, Gossip Girl, 90210, The Vampire Diaries, Csi, Scorpion, Once Upon A a Time, How I met Your Mother, Law and Order SVU, Arrow, The Flash, Chicago Fire, and The Blacklist. These are the only shows I can think of.... Oh yea and Spongebob
For me PERSONALLY the biggest shows have been: Revenge, Scandal, OUAT, Game of Thrones, The good wife, the walking dead, glee, How to get away with murder, Lost
The ones I love(d) more and come to mind right now are: Castle, HIMYM, Brothers & Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Bones, POI, Criminal Minds and a few more...
Empire is pretty hot for nowadays TV landscape, but nothing can match the cultural impact of Lost; for instance, it was the reason SpoilerTV was created, and so many other websites focused on the show, theories and ratings. It put so many stuff on the map that it is impossible to ignore.
Game of Thrones may come in second in terms of worldwide popularity and cultural impact, but Lost still holds the crown.
The Walking Dead, TBBT and House are all examples of pretty big shows but that lags behind Lost and Game of Thrones in terms of worldwide cultural impact.
After 10 seasons it's still a great show with steady ratings. It's moved around on the schedule to many times, yet the fans follow it wherever it goes.
I do not know what you mean by biggest really - biggest audience, "biggest" and best stories, biggest fan base, biggest casts... or other but I voted for 1. HOUSE MD, which was a big hit (a lot thanks to the great Hugh Laurie, but also as an interesting adaptation of the Sherlock-Watson (House-Wilson) story/dynamic. 2. NCIS, which is one of the most viewed crime shows in the world, with a large audience, and which is one of the longest.running shows on air currently. 3. OTHER - I consider also E.R., CRIMINAL MINDS, CASTLE, DEXTER, HIMYM, CSI, NCIS:LA, and LOST, GLEE, TBBT, BREAKING BAD, GREYS ANATOMY all to have had a big following In their own genre and/or made lots of headlines with what they did.
I may not have watched all those shows (weekly), but those I consider to be the big ones that are well known. because even if you did not watch those shows, you have heard of them.
I really do no understand the "question". So I find it hard to "answer" it. As "big" is such a loose term, and many people do not like or follow the biggest hits (biggest in fan following, or viewer numbers, or episode numbers)

Breaking Bad, TBBT, Desperate Housewives, House. It's too early to tell for Empre. Writers can still screw up big time next season and it's all over. See Glee or Heroes. Both ruined by their creators.
If we're talking about shows that have been surprise hits and managed to have a great deal of influence over the whole landscape of television (and by extension, bits of our culture): Lost, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Glee, Modern Family.
In network order: Lost Grey's Anatomy The Walking Dead Breaking Bad The Big Bang Theory NCIS CSI Two and a Half Men House Law & Order (and kinda SVU too).
I voted for The Big Bang Theory, LOST and Breaking Bad from the list. Not on the list, I would probably add Supernatural and Sherlock, both of which have been huge in their own right.
Can't believe this poll left out The West Wing (which ended in 2006, so still within the last 10 years). One of the best dramatic television shows in history. Great story-telling, awesome kickass writing (during the Sorkin years especially). The episode 'Two Cathedrals' is still one of the best hours of television history.
House, was a pseudo-modernization of Sherlock Holmes. While House wasn't Sherlock, the character, as well as his traits, best friend, even his residence was heavily inspired by Sherlock Holmes. Who knew that a misanthropic, pill-popping drug addict could be so lovable?
NCIS may have lost a bit of steam in recent years, but in my opinion still going strong. Must be doing something right to consistently end up one of the "Top Dramas on TV", and going into it's 13th year (if renewed), still holding high ratings and number of viewers.
These might not be the “biggest” shows for me personally, just the ones that I think had the biggest impact on the TV industry and changed the type of shows we started getting: Lost, the Sopranos, Game of Thrones, Arrow, The Walking Dead, and House. I’d probably add Supernatural and Mad Men because without those two show CW & AMC might not have made it long enough to spawn some of the other great shows. Most of the rest of these, although I like some of them and they may have had big ratings, are pretty standard procedurals, soaps, or sitcoms with big ratings.

Breakout Ratings - Walking Dead, Desperate Housewives and Empire Sitcom landscape - TBBT and Modern Family Consistency - Grey's and NCIS Buzz - Lost and Breaking Bad
I'm picking Lost as the biggest show of the last 10 years, though, the ones who witnessed Lost mania will agree with me. I see Walking Dead breaking records and I saw the Breaking Bad phenomenon close to the finale, but Lost hit heights no show in the 00s could do. Friends and Seinfeld will fight forever to be the show of the 90s, Lost has no competitor.
Dude, you have CW shows in there. They have an extremely small viewership. Shows like The Walking Dead, LOST, Two and a Half Men, yeah, they're without a doubt big shows, marketed all over the world to millions. Shows like Supernatural, Gossip Girl and Under the Dome? Most people don't even know those shows exist, much-less them having the viewership to be considered 'big'.
Viewership has nothing to do with a show being big or not. CW is highly known and most certainly is big. CW has international fans that can watch episodes online. Some shows may be bigger than one another but just because CW averages 1 or 2 million viewers (which is live) an Episode doesn't mean they're shows aren't valuabe in being big.
I'd say it's none of the above cause Game of Thrones has become a worldwide phenom like no other show before...yes not even Lost, Breaking Bad or the X-Files managed this sort of popularity. As a Srilankan now living in the States, HIMYM was much bigger outside the US than any of the shows on the list barring Lost & House.
I think almost 10 years ago, CSI was on we could call the best moment of the serie. With Tarantino's episode, the drama and the innovation of that amazing criminal series with Grisson, Catherine and others :) Miss CSI. But in this main time I freaked out with House MD, and saw Greys Anatomy for the first time and Shonda become my idol when you talk about open TV series.

The West Wing will always be one of my favorite shows. I loved the rapid fire dialogue.
