  1. I didn't see Zoe, lately this show has been getting boring and if this blond is replacing Shaw I don't recall any romantic scenes w shaw -- she just was a powerhouse--why are they pushing this every woman has to be involved with Reese when the only woman he has chemistry is Zoe. I didn't watch last night..but this show seems to have one year left if they don't figure out where to take show.
I am sad since it used to be my favorite. I guess i was spoiled watching Taraji P. Henson, Kevin Chapman, Michael Emerson and the great Root along with Caviezel. bring back Zoe

  2. This is gonna be a lot of fun.

  3. I guess Iris is gonna be angry this episode.

  4. *SPOILERS*

Zoe will be back next episode.

  5. a) last night there were no new episode
    b) Try to convince the fans over at The 100 topic to stop watching their show, then maybe there will be more Zoe.
    c) first time I heard that if a woman kisses somebody that has to be a romance from her side. Reading the taglines of the episode I wouldn't think that romance is her forte either.
    d) if you can decide from a 30 second, fast-pace-cut promo whether there are chemistry between two persons or not, then congratulation.

  6. I dunno how many people either yelled at or smashed their monitors after watching this promo.

  7. She is? How do you know?

  8. Paige Turco's husband Jason O'Mara tweeted out that she didn't accompany him to an event cause she was in New York filming an episode of the show, around the time Episode 19 was being shot.

  9. Cool. Thanks. Ep 19 already sounds amazing. Hope for the press release soon.

  10. You know what I love about this show...it doesnt dwell on the romantic relationships.Cant wait for this to return.

  11. Reese snogging women doesn't play well to a 'certain large portion' of his fanbase.
I don't mind it myself... but they can be daunting.

  12. Zoe's in crisis management. There was a casting announcement last month of Aasif Mandvi as a tech company CEO. Maybe their storylines tie in together.

  13. As far as I saw, it was the woman who "snogged" Reese - which I'm pretty sure a large portion his fanbase would also do if they had the chance :)

Joke aside, Reese and Zoe had a great chemistry. It doesn't mean that other women can't find him attractive. I'm always surprised when people starts to go on a temper tantrum on the level of a three years old, just because they imagine a fictional relationship in their heads and the story may go on a different curse.
If there is character development in the show, it's normal that Reese would (and now maybe able to) wish a different kind of relationship (deeper, emotionally more involved) than what he had with Zoe.

That was perfect to both of them at that time. I'm not sure the show needs to go into that direction, I don't miss the token romantic plot at all. However if they go with it, I'm not sure that it has to be Zoe - she is too much like Kipling's cat that walked by himself.

  14. I wonder if that means Caleb will return next episode. After all, he did offer Root a place on his team to help with developing security software.

  15. This looks awesome. I am excited to see Katheryn Winnick on PoI.

  16. If I were to guess, Caleb factors pretty well in the last 4. Personally glad my favorite ex-blonde deadpan snarking Samaritan assassin returns in 419.

  17. Great points. :)

  18. 'As far as I saw, it was the woman who "snogged" Reese - which I'm pretty sure a large portion his fanbase would also do if they had the chance :)'

Doesn't matter who started it. Always ends the same. :)

Heck, Zoe herself kissed Reese back in "The Fix" to slip him the keys to handcuffs. And the show was just six episodes old at the same. They probably would've hated on that, too.
These people and their double standards... petulant children. Nothing more.

  19. Ah!! So our guesses were correct. Kathryn Winnick's character is after Harper. Now, I wonder if Harper is being protected by elements of the Brotherhood and they cause trouble for Winnick's character or it is someone else entirely or it's all a misdirection and Winnick's character is secretly an assassin.

  20. Guessing Harper's a potential witness whose aid Winnick's character needs to find her target. Promo seems to imply that, atleast to me.

  21. Did you read about Cara Buono getting cast in Endgame ? Makes me wonder if Martine dies at the end of this season.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I did. But Endgame's only in pilot stage. We don't even if it'll get picked up or not.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ah!!That would be even more awesome. Reese having to deal with not one but two feisty, plucky women would be great. I can imagine his thought process: " Dammit!! I need my Mayhem twin to help me with this" :(

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hmm. So there's still hope that she continues to figure in the grand scheme of things.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Thanks for blowing it for the people that didn't know or want to know!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Yeah. The thought of montages of her & her brainwashed bestie Shaw raising hell over the country is just too good to pass up.

    ReplyDelete
  27. She must be like: " Dammit!!Time to stop waiting for John to make a move and take the initiative myself"

    ReplyDelete
  28. From your post to the writers ears. Amen. :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. I WISH.

Can't help feel bad for Root though. Girl needs some cheer. Maybe Fusco'll help with that.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Quick Question: S03E19 is also the episode which focuses more on Martine, right? Back story perhaps?

    ReplyDelete
  31. The title very much seems to imply it.

  32. Lagertha on Person of Interest ! This is extraordinary !

    ReplyDelete
  33. So excited for this episode!! It has both Kathryn Winnick and Root!!! Sounds like a great time :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. I hope all of you are right with your theories. They sound amazing.

Although I do I think that Martine will be featured a lot I doubt that there will be a Flashback. She and Lambert are not really protrayed as real characters unlike Greer.

My dream would be a face off between her and Root.

  35. Why are people throwing tantrums because the kiss involving Reese and Frankie? This isn't the first time Reese been kissed or kiss a women.
    1x01 Pilot: Jessica Arndt
    1x06 The Fix: Zoe Morgan
2x05 Bury the Lede: Maxine Angelis
    2x12 Prisoner's Dilemma: Kara Stanton
    3x09 The Crossing: Joss Carter
    4x18 Skip: Frankie Wells
Possible Candidates: Holly, Capt. Moreno, Iris Campbell.
Although one thing for sure Romance doesn't last long on POI.
