  1. Ouch The Returned. A&E pulled Those Who Kill, so will they pull this?
Was hoping Eye Candy would end on a high note, still have to watch the episode myself. The show does decently in the F18-34, so maybe it will get renewed.

  2. Impressed at how steady Better Call Saul has become, and it does well in L+3, AMC must be relieved to have a non Walking Dead success.

  3. Chasing Life and Eye Candy...... ugh.

  4. Welp. 0.5. Still okay with it.
TO was moved to monday and took quite a while to genuinely fall

  5. Damn The Originals!

I have no clue what will happen to The Night Shift. I would like it renewed for summer but I have no idea if it is still financially viable after this debacle.

  6. wtf the originals

  7. Good for Janeeeeeeee!

  8. NO TO!!!!! :(

  9. Kill Hayley and the ratings will be up again lol

  10. moved to monday, paired up with a freshman. What exactly did they expect. However, it`s doing better on mondays than HoD or BatB did so...it's a win, I guess?

    ReplyDelete
  11. not the ratings but my enjoyment of the show will get a major rise ;)

  12. I think The Returned is not so much in danger because A&E co-funded the first season with Netflix. The Worst that can happen is season 2 being exclusively on netflix, but it's too early to tell.

  13. TO did put up quite the fight in that Monday slot. People sadly drifted away and I assume the show will be on a move next season as well, probably to Fridays.

  14. I know... but one can dream right??? but kidding aside I don't like the timeslot excuse. I think JP simply failed to create original and exciting storyline. I like TO a LOT but I am not blind to see the repeative storylines and Klaus being super annoying as the lead and don't get me started on the wolves and 134675866 body jumps. Also JP failed to unite her both shows in a good way. When Tyler came to TO she nealy destroyed his character and it no impact on the narrative at all and right now I don't even want to see a crossover anymore. Flarrows success must be a huge burn though lol

  15. Fridays? Doubtful. No way they won't pair up mothershow-spin-off before throwing TO to the trash

    ReplyDelete
  16. Frankly I'm enjoying s2 a lot more than 1. However I see the Elena pattern within Hayleys character except that she's not relevant to the plot.
Yeah, Klaus, Jackson, Hayley and the wolves are absolutely annoying. To a point I'd rather have a Elijah/Rebekah/Finn/Mikael/Freya centered show

Don't blame the bodyjumps on the writers though, that's because some actors didn't want to return (no matter what they're telling the press)

  17. Sad for Chasing Life.. awesome episode last night. And next weeks is going to be so heartbreaking and good. So glad I get 13 episodes for next season.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Ugh, The Originals adjusted down :(

    ReplyDelete
  19. I'm betting "The Originals" gets moved to Tuesday after "The Flash" next season.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I don't see it airing anywhere else. Think Monday will get Cheerleaders and Jane, there are Fridays and eventually Thursday 9pm for TO.
I agree it still does a great job at this point, but for some reason people are drifting away. They need to stop the bleed, find the cause and get rid off it.

    ReplyDelete
  21. My point is that this season while good is a lot like TVDs season two. Watch Freya pulling a 'Elijah' and betraying them in the finale before that they will mostly lock her up and the free when they need their help like Elena did with Elijah.
And yes! Klaus and Hayley are super annoying, Klaus is so over the top that I really wonder why I ever liked him, especially the last episode was a Klaus over kill I just wanted him to stfu up he so dumb lately, the old Klaus would never let a dagger that can put him down be in the hands of a witch that hates him.
Marcel and Cami have almost no storyline this season apart from being love interests and prop ups.
Where the damn hell is Mikael???

Episode 2 was also online on the a&e site this week

  23. Thursday?
    Wednesday?
Ummm...quite a few potential slots there especially since I doubt that Reign returns for a full season

    ReplyDelete
  24. Glad to see Better Call Saul steady! Here's to another 5 years of BCS :D

    ReplyDelete
  25. never, the Flash will be an anchor for new shows. Never to help a veteran show

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oh, no chance. No way they're using their best launch slot to prop up an ailing third series show. I'd bet they'd go for their best new show choice, or keep iZombie if it pairs well, with SPN as a backup in case the new show/iZombie doesn't work out.

TO will probably get moved to after TVD, if they can find something to fill the Monday slot. If not, if may be left there, to live or die on it's own. I don't see them pairing it with Arrow, not now that Arrow's doing so well and can be paired with either SPN or, if it does well and they want The Flash slot for a new show, iZombie, and I don't think it's quite Friday material yet, and I'd be surprised if it went to summer (that's probably The 100, BatB, and maybe Reign), so those are the only two slots I can think of.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Doubt they will give it a post Arrow slot. I could see Reign get an inbetween slot. Like while Jane is on break to air some eps during winter after ms and the rest during summer.
I really look forward to the upfronts to see how CW will resolve their schedule.
I've got a Friday feeling for TO but even more for The100. But will all depend on how much Top Model will air during fall on Fridays and other stuff.

  28. Yup. What I said, but concise.

Yay Fosters!Glad Jane up adjusted up,sad Originals adjusted down. They tied again.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Wouldn't Arrow do that ?
( if not Tuesdays then put it on after Arrow )
Since there are only 5 days to place it it'll would likely move to Tuesday or Wednesday after The Flash/Arrow well making Jane the Virgin the lead in show on Monday's as they wouldn't move it to Friday's or after TVD on Thursday ... so it's Tuesday/Wednesday or stay on Monday's.

Thursday maybe if they don't keep Reign or move SPN there"It won't air on Wed after Arrow, they'll use Arrow & Flash to launch new shows

    ReplyDelete
  32. And bring in Caroline and watch the ratings zoom straight up as all the Klaroliners tune in :)

    ReplyDelete
  33. lol don't think so tbh. A little rating boost? sure but nothing that will have a lasting impact

    ReplyDelete
  34. Last week, The Originals had 0.55 and Jane the Virgin had 0.47 so it wasn't really a tie. The Originals was as close to adjusting up as it ever gets and Jane the Virgin wasn't that far from a downards adjustment. I suspect this week the same happened as it is often the case when shows are adjusted in finals, but we shall see.

    ReplyDelete
  35. The originals loved last night episode even though are times when klaus gets annoying. Some people dont like haley I seem. I like the actress bit sometimes she gets on my nerve

    ReplyDelete
  36. You don't like haley. I like her but I am a elijah fan and the couple. But sometimes she gets on my nerves

    ReplyDelete
  37. I am a haley and elijah fan so bring it on

  38. Brandy Danforth17 March 2015 at 23:56

I don't about ungrounded two decilpmals thing, but I though-am I rembering wrong?that. They both got 0.5s in finals last week, that's why I say they tied

    ReplyDelete
  39. That looks really bad for TO...

    ReplyDelete
  40. That really doesn't have any effect on the ratings

    ReplyDelete
  41. Castle can't seem to get it all together, when the viewership goes up the demo. drops.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Originals went up from last week

    ReplyDelete
  43. I dont know I dont fully trust Fraya and this whole Dahlia and Hope freaks me out. I can see this season where she kidnaps her and Season 3 finding Hope. Who knows what is going to happen. And have not seen Mikael

    ReplyDelete
  44. Like it on Mondays because its my night off

    ReplyDelete
  45. It went up from last week.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Of course it has, most people (like me) already had seen the episode before aired on tv.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Nope. The effect on ratings is minimal at best. Many TV shows have released episodes early online and on video on demand and the ratings were no different the following week. And besides you don't count unless you are a Nielsen viewer
