  1. The last 2 years have not been good on TNT's veterans.

  2. Did PLL drop this hard cause of the Voice? Last week they were on 2mil and 0.9

  3. Yay to Person of Interest holding onto that 1.7! Up a tenth from last week which makes me happy :) I'm also glad that Parks and Rec went out on a ratings high note for the show. I'm still emotionally recovering from last nights finale. Now all we have to do is wait and pray that Agent Carter hopefully gets a second season. Renew this show, ABC!

  4. You go, POI!!!

But the scheduling by CBS still sucks. Next episode is on 10th March and the one after that is on 24th March. We can fully expect the ratings to swing again like a pendulum.

  5. Ouch at SaB-0.4& below a million viewers.Ouch PLL is that a series low?Hopefully they rebound next week, maybe Voice hurt them.

  6. Well Forever is doing better than Agent Carter so hopefully Forever won't be cancelled. It's doing better in it's timeslot than any shows in the past have done.

  7. IpFoever is not doing better than Agent Carter ,at least in demo where it matters( not Viewrs).A freshman show at or below 1.0 before March is a sure cancellation.

  8. Forever did a 1.0 and Agent Carter did a 1.3. How is that doing better?

  13. Happy to see POI rebound. here we go with some more breaks with no new episodes until March 10th and 24th... I will bet 500 bucks that the ratings go into tale spin again during these periods again and be right. then we will have to hope it comes back up somewhat again. same song and dance all season. CBS is lucky POI is on here otherwise i would not flip to their channel.

  14. I disagree. I think PoI will keep its ratings in the 1.5-1.6 range (to account for DST). You've seen that post of mine before where I attributed those weeks that PoI went down below 1.5 because of no repeats.

Well, the next month is pretty good in terms of CBS scheduling this year. We have:

    Next week: repeat
    In 2 weeks: new episode
    In 3 weeks: repeat
    In 4 weeks: new episode

After this week's rating, I do not see how CBS will not pick this up early in a couple of weeks. Last season they renewed PoI on March 13, right after PoI's 16th episode. Even if the episode in 2 weeks drops to say a 1.4 and CBS does not renew until later in the week, they will definitely look at PoI's sweeps ratings as its basis. As we can see, PoI's ratings the past 2 weeks have been very good. NCIS/NCIS: NO have gone down while PoI has maintained its normal levels. The justification for early renewal is there.

(But that does not mean PoI should continue next season on Tuesdays. CBS should definitely move PoI to Mondays next season -- BCS in midseason be damned)

  15. I will bet you 500 fake bucks that PoI's ratings will be just fine for the next 2 episodes. Did you see my earlier post on how PoI's ratings below 1.5 this season can be directly attributed to lack of repeats?

  16. Complete agreement. :)
