  2. Really good episode, not in the same league as Spiral or Humbug, but very good. I really liked the final scene with everyone in the bullpen.

  3. Gets my vote...for the dullest & worst episode of S6 so far ...as I found it was poorly written & badly directed,
As for Deeks & Kensi...seems absolutely nothing has changed between them since Humbug aired. .

Guess that can be.chalked that up to shows being filmed out of sequence....but..the good vibe from Humbug will probably start wearing off...if this no change in Densi pattern.. goes on for too much longer..

  4. Thought it was one of the best action episodes they have ever had.

  5. You did not think the assault on the house where they were holding Beck was one of their best action sequences ever ?

What are you hoping for? For the show to start throwing in a bunch of scenes where they are going to dinner at restaurants or relaxing together in one of their apartments and stuff...? That's not what the show is about, it's about the team and their work. Sam is married and yet we see extremely little of his private life, so no thanks to making the show start excessively covering Kensi & Deeks relationship outside of work...

  7. Since they have already shown us scenes of Deeks & Kensi at a restaurant and a bunch with them hanging around each others apartments over the years...naturally being a Densi fan....I would love to see more scenes like that!

But that wasn't what I was saying or talking about in my post.

What I was wondering aloud about was.....when & if.. will we see any noticeable difference between how Deeks & Kensi interact with each other and the rest of the team..now that their a couple..

As for the show being only about the work and the team...were going to have to agree to disagree here..because I feel the show is about more..than just the case and watching the team in action...trying to solve it.

If that was all the show concerned itself with..week in and week out..I would have stopped watching it after a few episodes.

I understand there's a lot of people who don't like Densi and would prefer it...if the show stop devoting so much time & attention to their relationship....and just stick to the case.. the action stuff.and focus more on the other team members,

I get that...but on the other hand..there are other fans..who enjoy Densi..and like seeing their characters development... as well as the other characters on the show.

And it would be cool..if we saw more of Sam's life..away from the job...I say that because to fans who feel the way I do.....the character development and the team members interactions with each other..is far more enjoyable to watch..than the cases themselves.,...as they always come a distant second..to the characters.

If the show just focused solely on the cases...and paid only lip service to the characters....and made them these bland cookie cutters...of the square jawed good looking guy...the most macho dude...the funny goof ball & the sexy kick a$$ kicking brunette...over time..nobody would care what happened to any of them..or the cases...because they would be these boring.. cardboard cartoon characters..

But It's precisely because all of the characters on the show..are fleshed out with their own back stories & distinct personalities that have been constructed over the past 5 plus seasons....and the interactions they have with one another.....that we care about them so much... both as individuals and as a team.....and what happens to them...in any given episode.

The characters on NCIS:LA... are more than just a team of highly skilled agents..their a family...and it's cool to see..thats how the characters..see themselves..as a famliy.

The fact that they seem to actually like each other in real life..only adds to that family feel that the TV team has...

It's a police procedural..and the action & cases..will always be one of main focuses of the show...thats a given....but..spending a few minutes. or a few scenes on Densi or writing an episode built around Callen's love life..doesn't hurt the show imho....it helps it....both in the ratings and in the long run..

We all have different tastes & likes....whether it be in music..movies....food...fave football teams......etc.....and just because somebody prefers one thing over something else..doesn't make them right..or the other person wrong......it just comes down to personal taste...likes and dislikes.,
