NBC has trimmed the second-season order of comedy series About a Boy by two episodes, from 22 to 20.

    After I saw the ratings for the second season premiere i knew it would be dead this year, so i stopped watching. Shame...its a nice show.

    RIP one of the most underrated comedies that we've had on television recently. I truly adore this show but I've made peace with the cancellation, sadly.

    Not surprised. If NBC had a better crop of sitcoms or something decent to replace it with the network probably would have simply pulled the show off the schedule by now.
