Rules

I'm gonna go with Haqquani. Right now it feels like the story is not necessarily going to get tied up, but shift and I feel certain that they wouldn't parallel Quinn with Brody so soon, especially because it feels like we're really only now getting to know Quinn. I don't think they'll kill Carrie, since she really is the show. Saul or Lockhart seem possible too. Would be more fun if someone staged their death, but doubt we'll be that lucky.
