    This show is dark anyway but I have to say damn that episode was just heartbreaking. Of all the terrible things we have seen and the treatment/killing of many characters like Ma Petite, Ethel etc nothing was quite as awful as watching poor Pepper be treated that way by her original family the sister and her husband. And that poor baby:( Poor pepper.

    Not that I forsee any happy endings but damn the way this is going everyone on the show is either going to suffer and die or be sent into a horrible future where they are mistreated even more. Not that I want a cliche happy ending since it's not AHS style but dude this is just heartbreaking to watch now.

    Poor Pepper. She can't even tell anyone she's innocent. So sad.

    Elsa really made it to Hollywood. Never would have thought it.

    UGH, were those really Jimmy's hands?

    The ep was just heartbreaking. Seriously.
    When I saw again Mary Eunice (one of the best characters on this show ever), I realized how I miss AHS: Asylum.
    I love AHS, but I want the real darkness to come back! With insane characters.
    Lily Rabe was a big loss for this show.

    It was the only good episode of the whole season. Everything else has been utter shit in season 4. It really brings the whole Pepper storyline full circle.

    Every season there is an episode that stands out of the rest. And this is the one for Freakshow.

    While Edward Mordrake was full of crazy stuff this was a bittersweet one and it was IMHO one of the best episodes of the series.
    DAMN This is probably my favorite episode of AHS ever.

    Seeing Sister Mary Aunice all nice and proper and then the changes she goes through Asylum it is a wonder to see. Lily Rabe portrays one of the best characters of this show.
