  1. not that either show is in danger, but I'm glad Scorpion beat NCIS: New Orleans. I think it's sooo much better and have been kinda bummed that NCIS: New Orleans has been beating it because of its NCIS lead in (I assume thats why). I know that Scorpion had the crap promoted out of it so one could argue it should be doing better, but still

  3. I watch both but agree that Scorpion is better. But honestly, Scorpion premiered to a 3.2 and dropped quite a bit as it's now in the 1.9-2.1 range. Its drop was pretty strange as episode had a 3.1 but then the third one hit a 2.6, while it still had TBBT repeats as lead-in. It could and should have done better but it's still one of the highest rated Monday shows. The current lead-in (Mike & Molly) is not optimal but better than The Millers. I would like to see a bit higher ratings, something like 2.4-2.5. The first few episodes of 2015 won't have The Voice as competitor so maybe that helps it a bit.

  4. Scorpion getting those numbers despite having a poor lead-in for weeks is a great accomplishment for a freshman.

  5. That drop was expected. The Crazy Ones also had huge premiere numbers, but look at what happened to it. At least Scorpion is getting good ratings by itself. I think NCIS: NO would collapse like LA if moved.

  6. Ascension dropped. Was expecting that. Still haven't watched Part 2. Guess I'll watch it with Part 3

  7. True, but it's strange that the drop came from week 2 into week 3 given that it had the same lead-in for both telecasts (TBBT repeat). But I agree it's a great accomplishment for a freshman to be lead-in independent.

  8. I wish Ascension rated a little higher, the 1st two part were fantastic! Can't wait to see how it all ends!

  9. I agree. By the way, have you watched this week's Scorpion? It was by far my favorite episode of the show, even ahead of the pilot.

person of interest rating is ugly even with no competition 1.3 is horrible....it is amazing NCIS is still doing good even after 12 years on the air plus ziva is gone

  11. that's because many people dont want to see complicated plots ..a case of the week approach is all that they need that's why shows like NCIS enjoy so much success

  12. I think Scorpion entered a comfort zone and if it stays there it will be good.
