  1. Berlin's daughter sets him up to be killed by Red?

  2. While I enjoyed the episode on the whole, for me the only scene to completely surprise me was the best of the night . That would be the final meeting between Red and Tom!

The entire episode was filled with answers to many of the lingering questions that basically reset the series, but that final scene was a game changer! It changed how the viewer looks at every thing they have seen so far.

  3. THUMBS UP if you ship Tom & Liz and want to see their love/hate relationship really grow. I like that two people can care for each other and be enemies at the same time.

  4. Fitch talks to Mike and tells him to "go home." Great work from Alan Alda. Literally the only scene in the entire episode I liked.

  5. I would say the talk between Fitch and Ray was my fave because it was probably the most enlightening, the whole 'as we get closer to 2017 the more radical they will become' or something made me really sit up and think, really! Why? What formula does Red have? Is it to do with Liz? Is this the true mythology appearing?

The whole Red and Tom thing at the end, though a revelation, I found hard to digest, to understand the logic. It almost felt a little, dare I say it, like it was put in there for shock value :/ I mean things Tom revealed to Liz, only for Liz to get all emotional and tell Red she was done with him etc was for what purpose? Maybe im missing the bigger picture. I think i preferred it when Tom and Red were on opposite sides fighting for Liz's affection.

  6. Sooo agreed!

I am still in shock over it to be quite frank!

Omg, I will say the scene where Red is consoling Liz was also pure sweetness. I loved his taking on the ferocious papa role and warning Tom off. It was simply amazing TV last nite's epi!

  7. I thought that was a bit harsh and unearned too.

  8. Tom and Red definetly. That surprised me, i never tought these two were eorking together and we could see thatTom "loves" Liz, Red is so adamant is keeping him from her, he knows that Tom has all teh cards to really turn Red's wrld regarding Liz upside down and Tom is a loyal lets say soldier cause he could've easily told Liz everything he knows and he didnt, kind of to protect her i guess.
Again i hope it's not the last we see of Tom, I'm sure Red is gonna use him for some works and i wold love to see that.

  9. Agree.TPTB only wants drop the bombshell instead of telling us a great SL.The ending is very incoherent and rushed. It's inconsistent with previous plots.Tom was a mere tool of Berlin.Once Berlin SL was done ,Tom played no part in the story and should be out of the stage.I think because TPTB wants to keep the character, they link him to Red.I don't know if they will give the answers why these two had connection.

  10. I agree. Even when the revelation was surprising, my first thought was 'Red was about to put a bullet in his head before Liz stopped him in season one finale'. Were they acting in front of Liz? Did Red have blank bullets? I have little faith that the writers will address the inconsistencies.

  11. That's the best part of the show.

  12. Don't get me wrong...I love the Blacklist but wasn't this episode a little bit rushed? Everything happened so freaking fast. I probably have to watch a few times more because my head is still spinning! I'm sure a review with help a lot also ;-) Maybe it's due to the fact that I'm Dutch and I watch the show without subtitles.

  13. I think the episode was a little rushed as well, but everything came together nicely in the end. I will have a Review up very soon.
