  1. I'm so glad Liv chose herself (and was about to have sex with Jake) because no to this love triangle. Sick of it. And I was honestly expecting Rowan to jump out of a closet and shoot Jake or something, tbh. I did love the dancing scene, though.

Joe Morton deserves his Emmy but oh my God, stop the monologues. And the overdramatic screech after Liv shot him was hilarious.

The "bitch baby" scene was awesome and Liv channeling her father. It worked. And go Mellie!

    But nooooooooooo at Andrew.

  2. Stupid episode. Liv kidnapped by Andrew. How predictable. Liv choosing herself, I'm all good with...but why screw the vibrator? Scott can't dance for shit. lol.
Rowan still in the wind and Maya Pope as crazy as ever!

  5. I was so hoping this was the end of Papa and Mama Pope. But I have a bad feeling we'll see them again.
Please tell me Fitz will not go to war to save Olivia.

  6. Huck's baby momma is played by Jasika ( Astrid Farnsworth - Fringe ) Nicole right ?

  7. I hope so. NO. RHYTHM. AT. ALL

  8. I loved this episode! Had a lot of intense, amazing scenes and Kerry's mind-blowing acting. Also loved the Charlie and Quinn scenes, especially the quite normal talk after they almost killed each other. I like seeing all the B613 agents supporting one another.

  9. I was hoping this would be the end of Olivia's parents too. I'm tired of how they are dragging out these characters.

  10. It's a wonder Olivia has any compassion at all, the girls parents are all kinda crazy, not one normal parent, Olivia was put through the emotional ringer, Andrew really doesn't know who he's messing with he will find out when we get back from this crazy break, I was proud Cyrus decided not to be a bitch baby, definetly proud of Mellie for tearing into Lizzie Bear, Abby decided to give into Leo's charm, I hope she works it out with David!

  11. Loved the episode but between Rowan, Maya, and Olivia Pope, B613, and Global World Flight 522 "Scandal" is fast becoming "Alias" ( Jack, Laura {Irina Derevko}, and Sydney Bristow as well as SD-6 ) with a touch of Revenge ( Flight 197 and Grayson Global ).

  12. Kerry Washington and Scott Foley have zero sexual chemistry together. They are just two good looking people in scenes together. If Shonda is going to have a triangle, (which is stupid!) at least bring on a viable love interest she has real heat besides Fitz. Otherwise this so called triangle is a joke.
So Charlie is alive. Poor David. I felt so bad for him.

  13. What a boring winter finale! I was expecting better for a Shondaland show as cliffhanger. This ending was predictable, Andrew as a vilain I'm still laughing.
As much Joe Morton is good, so over the monologues. I really like Maya's scene with Liv , yes "Cry me river" line was a good one. Eight episodes into season 4 Olivia Pope is missing AGAIN, so much growth and evolution.

  15. I actually liked the scene between Fitz and Andrew. There's real animosity between the two. And he was much enjoyable than watching Fitz with dead pan Jake fighting over who turn it is to tap Olivia's kitty Kat. Should be interesting to find out where the Fitz/Andrew showdown goes.

  16. Meh, this was actually probably my least favorite episode this season

  17. But they're both so crazy good, I don't think we will see any big old bad guys can touch those two pyscho's sure isn't Lizzie Bear or even Andrew, the closest is Charlie and he's papa Pope puppet:)

I loved the Winter Finale and Tony Goldwyn did a great job directing! Loved loved all the Jake and Olake and their dancing at the end of the episode. Olivia wants to stand in the Sun and live in Vermont. I can see the Sun happening but definitely not Vermont. I see wedding bells for Jake and Olivia. Mellie is back and Quinn and the crazy sick dudes she loves is weird. But I did love Quinn kicking Charlie's ass. Olivia has some very strange parents. Father pulls a gun on Olivia to make her sit down and talk to him and Olivia in turn shoots her father with her father's bulletless gun. Cyrus marries his hooker which I loved - definitely a new twist on Pretty Woman. Kim, (Huck's wife - they're still married folks) now has the B613 files compliments of both Charlie and Huck and I hope she uses them to save Huck. The shocker at the end when we find out it is Andrew who is behind the kidnapping of Olivia (I'm sure Hollis is pulling the strings). Tom called Olivia, Helen of Troy, the face that launched a 1000 ships. Will Fitz take America to war? And will my bae Jake be able to rescue his bae before it's too late? Will Mellie and Cyrus team up to keep Fitz from launching those ships? And how will Papa and Mama Pope react when they find out corporate warmongers are using their baby to manipulate Fitz into a war? So excited about what's next.

LOL!! I thought the dancing scene was just amazing because it is what couples do - they dance - sort of like navigating the landscape of their relationship. Jake and Olivia love each other. Olivia who said she hated dancing (Whiskey Tango Foxtrot) asked Jake to dance WITH her. Their dance moves were complimentary, appeared pleasurable to both, demonstrated trust, were sensual and sexy, and stimulating and indicated a commitment to continue dancing. In other words, neither can dance. but that's the point about relationships. It's always about the two people doing the dancing. Cyrus and Micheal's dancing led to a contractual marriage. Olivia was excited about seeing Jake and recognizes that she has to respect their differences. He likes beer and she loves wine. It was definitely a great scene.

  22. I expected more of the winter finale, but the episode still good. I love Roman dialogues and I like how Liv speak to Cyrus (finally he is back). I want the Pope parents dead by the end of season please, they're a good, but we need to move on to another villains, like Andrew and Elizabeth, I think both will surprise us next year (I hope so).

  24. Yes and you can check out this kind of stuff on imdb. I use it all the time to see what a character has been in that I thought I knew. ;)
