    Love it, this season looks epic!!! But TVD´s premiere is earlier and there is only ONE trailer of the new season, while TO already has THREE trailers. I want more TVD promos!!!!!!!!

    Her storyline this season is pretty much a copy of Elena's Season 4 storyline so I'm not surprised - she can't deal with being a vampire and needs two vampire brothers to help her/fix her.

    I would love for Francesca to stick around - she's the best female character the show has right now, but I think they're going to kill her off in episode 2 or 3, sadly.

    Both Caroline & Tyler seemed to do okay with their transition into becoming vampires. Tyler's main issue was that he was sired to Klaus, but other than that no real problems. Josh was turned into a vampire last season and has been just fine - no real issues/drama for him either.

    It's only Elena & Hayley who can't deal with becoming a vampire.

    I'm still baffled how we were exposed to Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesleys, Joseph Morgans, Daniel Gillies and Michael Trevinos bodies while us poor guys are still waiting for Kat Graham, Leah Pipes and Danielle Campbell to rip off their shirts

    Yeah these days I have some issues with names. Last week I wrote Veronica instead of Victoria Grayson but it happens. ;-)

    I really like Peta, the actress who plays Francesca. Played a great role in Ouat Wonderland and Winners and Losers(australian show). The plot twist with her was the best thing of S01. No one expected it and it just worked perfectly. I hope Esther will help her stick around and strike back later in the show.

    awesomely epic promo, i love that it has new footage, i love klaus' speech at the end and god i hate francesca so much and are werwolves descending on the compound?, and man poor hayley they weren't kidding about her postpartum depression and that last shot klaus, elijah, hayley and yes marcel argh but yeah great shot

    It's better for the writers not to push it! I mean she should get into he role slowly with proper development and not all of a sudden become a mastermind and burn dowm NOLA. I think they set her up well by the end of S01 so there is a lot of space to dig into the character.

    Don't make me start! I'm still pissed by what they did to the Deveraux witches. Terrible!
    Cami is a 2ndary main character and it's tough to involve in the game when they are literally ripping heads of with their bare hands. So I get it that it's hard to involve her in the story but not a "Mary Sue I need you to rescue me" character. But I love what Leah did out of Cami and hope for more earthshaking scenes.

    The spoilers about Cami were that her and Marcel are likely sleeping together when the season picks up, but that's she's basically going to start stalking Klaus to try and determine why he de-friended her.

    Me too!! They could have been prominent players in this turf war going on but they were just killed off too quickly! Monique Devereaux was good villain though and I'm glad we got Genevieve even if it was for a short period of time.
    As for Cami, I think making her a Mary Sue is definitely a risk but they did give her power by giving her this arsenal or as I like to call it The Chamber of Secrets (Yeah my inner Potterhead shows up every now and then). Anyways, finger crossed that won't be forgotten or/and that won't be used only only as a convenient plot-device when the story needs to move forward.
    P.S : Glad I'm not the only one who loves Leah Pipes. Got this massive girl crush on her ;) !

    Other than Elena/Katherine I think the only characters who have been naked on-screen were Damon & Andi (getting in and out of his bathtub) and the werewolves who woke up naked after a full moon.

    Indeed...That's why I was disappointed at first but there are still some things that could make this character more "active" in this war. Like I said hopefully her uncle's legacy (and source of power) won't be forgotten in the future.
    Also, looking at the promo, I think she's trying to convince Klaus to cross the river and see Marcel so they can plan to fight the Guerreras together. Not sure it has anything to do with their "friending or unfriending" business, though it'll probably be part of their conversations eventually lol! I don't know, it's just a theory. Wait and see ;) !

    It looks like she's talking to Elijah in the promo and maybe trying to convince him to team up with Marcel and his vampires who are across the river.

    There were multiple spoilers though about Cami not being able to let Klaus go and that was was going to try and figure out why he "friend dumped" her.

    Things i liked: Klaus and Marcel should be on one side. After all they are forever bonded as father and son. Klaus raised Marcel. It rubs me the wrong way seeing Marcel try to off Klaus.


    Mikael's bloodied face: I have a feeling that despite Mikael hating Klaus and hurting him, i am going to like him. He has fed on only vampires for a 1000 years. The only one who actually managed not to lose a part of himself to hunger. Despite him being an abusive father, i respect that. Too bad his kids didn't follow in his steps.
    The quest to kill all the werewolves with the moon rings. Should be fun.
    Klaus and Elijah against Mikael and Davina and the white oak stake.
    I am more excited about the werewolf woman from Gurrera clan, don't remember her name, but i think she will be more interesting to watch than the forever chanting witches with a new leader Esther. Yawn.
    Klaus and Elijah and Marcel will finally have something to do instead of standing around a chanting witch and watching her do magic.

    I agree with your first statement. It's time for Klaus and Marcel's little feud to end. Marcel needs to accept that he's no longer the king, but his family will still run the city, so he wins no matter what.


    In the Comic Con promo, Davina gives Mikael her arm to feed off of and he drinks her blood with a smile on his face. Mikael doesn't only feed on vampires anymore, and he never only hunted and killed vampires. For 1,000 years he's been both an abusive father and a hypocrite.



    The fight to end the moonlight ring problem will be VERY fun to watch. I could be mistaken, but I thought I saw two Elijahs in one of the shots. Maybe it was just the similarities in suits, or an editing trick for the promo. I keep double-checking, but the shot goes by too fast.


    I don't know if anyone remembers, but white oak stakes self-destruct after only being used once. I wonder if it'll be addressed that the white oak stake Mikael and Davina want to use should have only one use left, tops. The stake was made indestructible by a Gilbert ring being melted around it, and those rings no longer work because the "spirit world" is gone. This could also lend way, storywise, to the white oak stake not working at all anymore since it's already been used once. There are a number of ways that Mikael and Davina's plan could go wrong, especially since Davina is playing with the bloodline spell.


    I wouldn't get too attached to the idea of Francesca being more exciting than Esther. Francesca insists on being "top dog." If the Guerreras get too aggressive, Esther will decide that she has no further use for them and kill them all herself, if someone else doesn't beat her to it. Esther is patient and methodical but she probably won't tolerate Francesca for very long.


    I am also glad to see that the war between the vampires and witches is no longer going to reach any stalemate or result in any alliance. By allowing Esther to be resurrected in the body of a sacrificed child, the spirits have gone too far by anyone's standards. I know I've been saying this since the beginning of Season 1, but I really hope someone gets serious and finds a way to destroy Limbo, even if it means blowing up the graveyard. There's something I would like to see.
