The OriginalsAccording to sources casting is currently underway for 2 new roles set to appear in the 9th episode.
Mary-Alice
A witch with ties to Marcel. In exchange for the use of her curses she wants to live under the protection of Klaus and Elijah.
Megan
A lady with a mission, searching for her family in New Orleans. Upon discovering her sister, someone will be shaken to their core.
We're also told that a webisode is on the way. Whether this is to be considered the 9th episode or not is still unknown.

webisode interesting, I remember Vampire Diaries did one at the start of season 1, that wasn't good. I'd love a webisode series that is flashback-like.

ReplyDeleteWithout knowing anything about the new characters my first thought is that the webisode is an extended flashback (perhaps they're someone from Klaus's past?).
Although, last season they aired 9 episodes before going on break. If they do that again this season then perhaps the webisode will be broken up into a shorter series released over the Christmas break?

Wouldn't be surprised if Megan was Hayley's sister! Other possibility Kami or Davina so I Tthink Hayley could be the safe choice.

ReplyDeleteA witch? Again?! As sceptical as I may sound here lol, I like that the Originals FINALLY have someone that's on their side. Well, we don't know for how long or if it's gonna last but still that's refreshing. I mean, every single character that has been announced so far is set to be an antagonist of sorts and I find it a tiny bit er "easy" (for a lack of a better word). I like it when those kind of people have an agenda of their own that may clash with our heros' one but that are definitely free agents. They don't need to just react to what the Mikaelsons do. Not sure I'm being clear.
ReplyDeleteAs for Megan, I'm already intrigued and I would love for her to be Cami's sister. I just think it'd be great for Cami to have a storyline that kinda keeps her away from the Mikaelsons. Plus, it'd be more awesome, if she was there to take care of their Uncle's legacy that'd be good. And no, I didn't give up on that idea :D !! Still just a thought though.
That said, if she turned out to be linked to Davina, I'd be just as interested.
Not sure I'd like that for Hayley as the girl already has so much on her plate and I'd like her to "share" all things that are interesting with her castmates too ;) !
I think Hayley, Cami & Davina are the only possibilities. Although we already had the plot-line with Cami's brother dying so they may chose another character this time.
