I do interviews and write articles for the site in addition to reviewing a number of shows, including Supernatural, Arrow, Agents of Shield, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Forever, Defiance, Bitten, Glee, and a few others! Highlights of this past year include covering San Diego Comic Con as press and a set visit to Bitten. When I'm not writing about television shows, I'm often writing about entertainment and media law in my capacity as a legal scholar. I also work in theatre when the opportunity arises. I'm an avid runner and rider, currently training in dressage.

  3. Bat cave! Woo-hoo!

  4. Would you? Fusco knows what John has done/can do. Hed prefer to be left alone I think sometimes :)

  5. You forgot the blatant flirting between Root and Shaw.

  6. The silent nod to Carter over her former desk. To me these moments make the characters real, people who I can root for. A lot of show praises its mythology, but forget that the characters need to be live in that mythology to be believable.

  7. EVERYTHING (Sorry for shouting in excitement)

  8. I agree. A LOT of tv shows almost forget a character has left when they leave the show. Its almost like they are not allowed to even mention them or their name. Its infuriating because people dont act that way. THis is why I picked the Carter Desk scene.

New lair was the best, but the entire episode was PERFECTION.

I loved that one, as well. It was such a powerful moment, all the better for everything left unspoken.

  14. That was more than one scene! But why the Root gets a make over is in there... ;)

  15. What about John jumping on the side of a car, breaking the window with his bare fist, punching one guy unconscious, robbing the other one of his phone, jumping off the car again, and throwing away the phone right before it explodes underneath another car?

  16. I thought exactly the same thing

  17. That is classified as a normal working day for Batman err Reese.

  18. The whole episode was awesome. But my 2 favorites scenes are :
    - Shaw applying lipstick to Root, even if the scene was cut out it was... ahem... interesting to watch ^^
    - The Batcave, obviously

  19. That was good too!

  20. That was a pretty amazing scene! It's definitely up there!

  21. Probable cause and the Shaw dealing with the welcoming party, John pointing out the error of using the guns sideways (sweet call back to the pilot) and John getting a promotion (which for me was all about his recognizing that he'd just gotten Carter's desk.)

I honestly expected to be disappointed. I hadn't been as engaged by the whole Samaritan storyline and figured I'd hate the season premiere so much I'd end up giving up one of my favorite shows. But I really liked it. I WANNA see what the computer got for Finch!

So, I started wondering....as we get more and more evidence that the Computer is sentient...I started wondering...do you think The Computer had decided its a she or is it just something Root decided and uses?

  22. Cool. So that would imply that The Machine (thanks for the reminder I was blanking last night) selected her gender. I like that.

  23. Have you seen Kevin Smith's Dogma? :)

  24. I have but don't remember much of it.

  25. I thought of Alanis Morrisette as God from it.
