  2. Seems like we wont be seeing Audrey for some time, glad this isn't a two or three episodes thing, we'll have Mara for at least till episode six, really cool.

  3. Wow Dwight is turning in to an ass .I like that Nathan not backing down on getting Audrey back, and he will.

  4. Ugh, a long time without Audrey. Instead of one of the pillars of the series, we get sneering, evil Mara. How.... fun? I might just tune out and read recaps.

  5. If you like, and want to see Audrey, then tuning in and keeping numbers up is the best way to keep her on our screens for potentially seasons to come. We know Audrey's in there and that we'll see glimpses of her...surely after 5 years 6 episodes of Mara (with flashes of Audrey) isn't too much to ask. I'm like you, I want Audrey back now but I'm not going to jack in a show after five years for the sake of a few weeks of a less enjoyable character.

  6. I found it a little troubling and disappointing that so many people were prepared to accept Audrey was gone so quickly. Only Nathan really defended her. Dwight and Duke had already written Audrey off which I think is out of character especially for the lovely Duke.

  7. Anyone else wish Duke was the big bad this season instead of Mara(/Audrey). I just think Duke as the big bad would have been more interesting. It could have also driven a divide between Nathan and Audrey to keep tension up as they could have disagreed on how to handle the situation.

  8. I think that'll be enough though. I really like the Audrey character and while I'm prepared to go on the ride with Mara, I still want the character I know and love back ASAP.

  9. Well, it looks like Mara is going to be around quite a while...

  10. He could be bad ,but it wouldn't hurt Nathan and Audrey's relationship .Gab and Matt said that Nathan and Audrey fans will be happy with the way this season is going to go . :)

  11. Hold on for a second, Dwight is leading the guards?! I guess he didn't take it well that they lied to him, that's not good.

  12. I'm rewatching the series and Dwight's kind of always an ass. Sometimes I like him but he's a bit too comfortable being Vince's little bitch. When he and Duke have that fight I love it when Duke knocks him into the sea haha.

I wouldn't mind if he dies soon with about two dozen bullets to the face.

  13. I don't think so necessarily, depends totally on how they handle it. I'm hoping we'll get glimpses of Mara's later personalities and better qualities leak through. I'm more curious/anxious to see what happens when they end the troubles. Will Audrey/Mara die? Will Mara be "integrated" with the people she's been over the centuries, meaning she'll be able to learn from her mistakes and change her ways? It's driving me crazy haha

  14. this is the last season.

  15. Has that definitely been confirmed. I knew is was a high possibility but didn't think it had been officially announced as the last season?

  16. not sure about officially, but i've never seen a SyFy series go beyond 5 seasons, even though we've essentially been given six seasons with 26 episodes, as show usually does 13 episodes.

  17. I don't think it's out of character for Duke. He didn't trusted Audrey enough in 4.12 .His priorities were always close to defend the town. In s3 finale he decide to let Audrey go inside the barn. I can't see him to keep hoping Audrey is still there.

He was the first to notice her change in the last episodes and warn Nathan. I feel Duke will support Nathan no matter at this point but he also will side up with Dwight. Don't forget also Duke was first to attack Nathan and Audrey they are selfish because she doesn't kill him.

When Duke loses someone close to him, Evi,Wade and now Jennifer he closes himself and turns into the person who pushes people away. I hope he won't behave like he did in "Crush" or after Evi died and he sided up with the Rev.

  18. About Dwight, its something saw it coming since last season . Vince failed to contain Jordan, she almost took a leading part of the pack and if it wasn't for Wade she would throw Vince out. The fact Vince now will be a lot with Dave and he kept Nathan's secret about Mara will cause collision with Dwight. A lot of people trust him in the town and a lot of people inside the Guard will listen to him.

But being the leader of Guard (who let's be honest it's not a book club) and the chief of police will be a matter to discuss. Imagine if he starts recruiting in the police guard members. It reminds me Big Jim in Under the Dome (the book).

  19. I would like Nathan as the big bad (being possessed or infected by a trouble) as well because generally he is the good guy and that would be hella interesting.

I doubt if Duke was the "villain" Audrey/Nathan would had issues when comes to what decisions to make. Nathan/Duke are pretty close. Nathan would try to save Duke . Audrey would wanna save Duke as well . We are not in s3 when Nathan didn't trusted Duke and Duke was not nice to Nathan. The boys moved on.

  20. I know, there are so many questions and so many theories I'm losing my mind lol

  21. Sounds like Mara will be dragged out longer than I'd like to see. :(
