Wil Wheaton: I absolutely love how his character turned around from mean to nice and got a chance to interact with other cast members aside from Sheldon; the episodes he had with Penny last season were absolutely brilliant
Dr. Beverly Hofstadter, is my all-time favorite, but I also love Barry Kripke, Sheldon's mom, Professor Proton. and the video chats with the Koothrapalis. Also, the episodes surrounding Raj's dog Cinnamon always crack me up, and I loved the episode where Bert had a crush on Amy.
