  1. The Road So Far. Mainly because I freaking loved the Supernatural: Origins comics. It means that the show would have base material which is often a good thing. I wouldn't say no to Metropolis either.

  2. Why not a The 100 spinoff called Jaha?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Suicide Squad. That would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Ha, when I read the question at first I immediately went: no more spin offs here and then I noticed the options and honestly, those are actually pretty good!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Birds of Prey or Suicide Squad, this way we'd get to know more about some of my favorite supporting cast including Sara Lance and Deadshot. Deadshot had a daughter he'd not seen since his time in prison... I'd like to see more about him as well as the rest of the Squad and their origins and stories.

Birds of Prey would be great especially since a lot of people would love to see more female superheroes, I'd defienettly love to see more Nyssa since she's tied to Sara.

  6. they all sound horrible seriously

    ReplyDelete
  7. I would watch both Arrow Spin-Offs. But I think the market would be oversated and not sure how great these shows would become. I'd prefer a show going more in direction to League of Assasins, the could be in the universe but be something differen (I have not read any comics)

  8. Makeover (about the one and only C. Forbes, set a bit into the future she decided to get her real college experience) or Blood Cure (Alaric on a hunt for a cure, Caroline and Enzo possibly co starring)

    Apocalypse, The100 prequel.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I voted for the Smallville one, I want Tom Welling back on my TV.

    ReplyDelete
  10. amazon, Amazon, AMAZON ! The CW needs to get on this show ASAP !!!

Glad to see two of the spin-off ideas I was the first to post (two minutes after each episode aired ) about online are on this poll ! ;) [ Suicide Squad & Birds of Prey ]

I also picked "Porphyria" (Elijah and Rebekah centric 'Originals' spin-off set in Los Angeles ) and "Wickedville (a witch centric TVD spin-off set in a mysterious town that traps every upon entering)

    ReplyDelete
  11. The Suicide Squad would be great if Diggie (Diggle) was in it somehow.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Brock Kelly?? The worse Dean ever. The only one I would be remotely interested in is the one with Cas.

    ReplyDelete
  13. LOL someone should pitch this idea to The CW

    ReplyDelete
  14. Supernatural prequel focusing on Samuel Colt - 1800's western supernatural.

    ReplyDelete
  15. thetrenchcoatofcastiel12 August 2014 at 12:34

The Supernatural one would actually need Jeffrey Dean Morgan as John, because that's how John looked when Mary died. Matt Cohen's John was from ten years prior to that night.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Who would you guys cast as Wonder Woman ( aka Diana Prince ) in "Amazon" ?

    ReplyDelete
  17. I would watch any of Arrow spin offs. But keep Felicity, Thea, Diggle and Merlyn on the parent show. If all four of them leaves then all of the interesting characters apart from Oliver on the series leaves. If these shows happens after Arrow wraps up then sure. Suicide Squad definitely has a lot of potential. BoP not so much because neither Caity Lotz, Jessica De Gouw or Katie Cassidy has it in them to carry a show on their shoulders. But I will definitely watch.

I would love a good witch show on CW but not connected to TVD universe. Their mythology kind of made witches look weak. There should be older and wiser characters in the show.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Didnt David Ramsey mention in an interview that one idea was to run the Suicide Squad spin off during hiatus?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Charmed spin-off's would be considered CW shows as the WB was basically the CW before the change up ?
    If so I'd want to see a Charmed the next generation staring the Charmed Ones children as they run P3 { Wyatt & Chris }, going to SFU { Melinda, Hannah/Cassie, & Prudence aka P.J. }, attending high school { Patrice aka Patty & Henry }, and magic school { Penelope aka Penny}
An Angel spin-off centred around his son Connor and a Buffy spin-off staring the Scooby gangs kids.
[ Dawn's daughter, Zander and Willows twin son and daughter, and Oz's son and daughter ]

    ReplyDelete
  20. I would watch Birds of Prey, but I don't want Felicity gone from Arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  21. They could always get John Barrowman aka Merlyn to lead this band of superheroes as their 'boss' and his daughter Thea would be on the show as well.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I would love a charmed spin off. Charmed really had kick ass witches unlike TVD universe.

    ReplyDelete
  23. That would be wonderful. David deserves to be a lead on a show. But I just don't want to see Arrow without my Diggle in it.

    ReplyDelete
  24. It would definitely be a cool show. But Oliver/Thea relationship is one of the best in Arrow. If Thea leaves in the spin off then Oliver will have no family left. Even though initially I was against Malcolm ressurecting, I like the idea of him being a series long villain for Oliver.
After Arrow is done if Merlyn is alive then they can have a spin off with him and Thea. Even Roy can join. Until then please don't take all the interesting characters from my show.... Please.... *bats eye lashes and shows bambi eyes*
I saw a JB panel yesterday where he said he wants to do a Arrow musical episode as a separate holiday episode during Christmas. I would see that :)

    ReplyDelete
  25. The Apocalypse - The 100 prequel!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I don't watch Supernatural but I don't like the idea of the other spin off. I love the Suicide Squad but I don't know if they could sustain a show. but I hope the CW does a tv show about The Question. It would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  27. 1- I would love a young Mary and John spinoff for Supernatural. Amy Gumenick and Matt Cohen are amazing together. Young Mary is very reminiscent of Buffy with a different edge.
2- League of Assassins with Katrina Law. I can't see anyone else playing Nyssa.
3- Suicide Squad is a given. It's going to happen sooner or later.
4- After a few seasons, The Grounders story on The 100. Dichen Lachman and Joseph Gatt.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would watch that so hard!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Can someone tell me if these spin-offs were actually pitched, or if they're just a list of stories that a fan of the previous shows came up with? I'm confused. As much as I would love to see a TVD spin-off, and I was glad to vote for Wickedville, I'm not sure if it's a spin-off I would like to see. The last I heard, an Alaric and Enzo-centric spin-off was a possibility.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Spin offs work depending on what lessons the writers learn from the former shows .
-A suicide squad spin off is actually in early talks at the cw according to the actor who plays Diggle on Arrow. Birds of Prey would be nice but l doubt Felicity's going anywhere.
-If I was asked to make a Tvd spin-off , ideas I'd go with reinterpretations of the Kitsunes from the books and make them the focus , any more vampire themed spinoff would feel like retreads.
    - We need more shows with badass Heroines on the telly , I personally hope the Agent Carter series is like the one shot both in terms of writing and tone , it was perfect 15 minute pitch ever , The writers didn't admit it then but I knew it was a pitch for a tv show.
-I hope izombie is great , but sadly lm not sure how many new shows lm watching this season lest they get cancelled , The Flash seems to have the best chance of success and renewal on CW.
    - Thanks for uploading all that stuff about Once Upon A Time your awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Birds of Pray and Metropolis.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Sarah the "Birds of Prey" & "Suicide Squad" ideas were mine.
( if I do say so myself as I posted them on another site minutes after each episode aired as well as EW & SpoilerTV and the poster { not DarkUFO } ran with those ideas in this poll )
As far as I know neither idea has been pitched to the network but they maybe know that we are talking about them.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Suicide Squad would be great, I read something about it being in early talks :)

I feel that the best versions of kitsunes are on Teen Wolf, I personally don't want another TVD spinoff, I'd like them to fix up the storylines for the current shows rather than take on to much.

I usually watch all pilots anyway, I hope they release some trailers for iZombie, because I agree, it seems hard to choose whether or not it's going to be good, besides the fact the Veronica Mars Team are behind it.

You're welcome and thank you, just happy to share any information I can with fans. I love Once Upon a Time too, so whatever I find (I scan the ends of the internet for information, lol) I try my best to post, unless someone else already has.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Interesting. I hope someone runs with some version of one of your ideas. There could be legal implications if your ideas are copied exactly, but we might see something along the lines of one of your spin-offs.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Suicide Squad. That'd be awesome. If on the highly unlikely chance that the CW ever reads this, please make it happen.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Well David said Diggle would never leave Team Arrow to join the Squad so i am positive in that regard.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I would have voted for The Road So Far, but Brock Kelly was terrible as Dean. Nothing against the actor, but he just didn't seem like Dean at all. He's also too old to play young Dean now, he's almost 30! They should recast Sam and Dean, and pick very young unknown actors. I'd definitely watch it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Definitely the "The Road so Far". I freakin' love the idea of a Supernatural: Origins series. We would see all that great hunting without the angels and all that stuff with Hell and Heaven (not that I don't love them) and also John Winchester was by far one of the most interesting characters.

However, I would also love to see the "Angelic". What can I say. I LOVE CASTIEL, and I would definitely watch a show based on him. Misha Collins is an excellent actor!!!

And well, I guess Metropolis also. I never say no to a super-hero themed series or movie!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Modern Family NOLA: Cami adopts Josh and Davina (The Originals).

    ReplyDelete
  40. I was hoping for Arielle ( Lexie ) Kebbel with dark hair ( goggle it ) myself or maybe even Janina ( Qetsiyah ) Gavankar.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Both Arrow spin-offs sound good, but only if they air after Arrow ends or during the winter break, so that actors playing Diggle and Felicitycould still be on Arrow. But I would also love a show about the League of Assassins starring Katrina Law and Caity Lotz, now that Sara has left with Nyssa), with flashbacks of Merlyn's time in the league.

I think that one TVD spin-off was already enough. If CW wants to do another show about supernatural creatures, it shouldn't be in the same universe as TVD and The Originals. And definitely not about vampires, I'm so tired of them. Maybe about witches, but again not in any way connected to TVD.

As for Supernatural, there has been so much angel stuff on the show since season 4, that I don't see any point in such spin-off. Angelic story lines have already taken over the show. But I would check out a show about young Mary and John.

    ReplyDelete
  42. The Supernatural prequel would be pretty awesome. We've gotten glimpses over the last 9 seasons of how life was for Sam and Dean as kids, but we've never gotten a full picture of it. I also would love to see a Castiel spin-off when the show does end.

    ReplyDelete
  43. If it's going to be an Orgin story I hoped they would go with a younger version. Those 3 could portray a bit older W W.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Well I didn't know I wanted The Road So Far until I just read about it haha... one of my things about Supernatural spin-offs is that I don't want to see any of my favorite characters leave... but that spin-off would be a fabulous way to bring my favorites BACK!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I can't choose cuz I don't want characters to leave the main/mother show...Birds of Prey sounds cool though but again I don't want Felicity to leave Arrow...and why is Sara listed as "White Canary?"

    ReplyDelete
  46. I would totally watch a show about Elijah & Rebekah actually being vampires and not being brought down by romantic plot-lines. It's what I had hoped The Originals was going to more like - but instead it became bogged down by romance just like TVD. I'd also probably watch a more witch-centric spin-off of TVD if Bonnie gets to be an actual character and not just a plot-device.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I like the Supernatural ideas. No to a spin-off of a spin off. Elijah needs to stay on The Originals. Leaving Klaus alone would be silly considering the show is supposed to revolve around the siblings.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I would most definitely watch a The 100 prequel!

    ReplyDelete
  49. I would love a Grounder spinoff! Would like to see how they survived all these years and how they have gotten into all these wars and different tribes.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think it's a possibility especially if the show does it good and lasts 4-5 seasons. The100 is a good show and they are doing a solid job I really look forward for their comeback.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Damn the author of this poll should pitch this ideas because they are really good hands down the hardest poll for me on this site I just love all of these and I would give them all a try if they ever made it to The CW

    ReplyDelete
  52. It's a great show and I can't wait for it to come back! I hope more people will check it out.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I think with a fresh Arrow season more people will stick around and follow through. And with a possible 16 week without a break period it will be a hell of a season.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I would like to watch a spin-off prequel from the 100 TV show showing the Apocalypse (How life on earth nearly got wiped out).

I would like to watch a spin off of charmed the next generation about the charmed ones children but they need to cast the same actors that played Wyatt and Chris in charmed.

I don't know about the Metropolis ''Smallville spin-off'' show because I would need the same main character actors to play the same parts that they did in Smallville such as Clark, Lois, Lex, etc......
The supernatural spin-off prequel the road so far sound interesting and the angelic spin-off show about Castiel sounds interesting to.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Damn the author of this poll should pitch this ideas because they are really good hands down the hardest poll for me on this site I just love all of these and I would give them all a try if they ever made it to The CW

  56. I would love to see a Birds Of Prey spin off
Charmed spin off featuring their children and the original actresses can pop in from time to time also would love to see a One Tree Hill spin off or pick it up again with Jamie being a teenager I just want a show where the women are heroine I love cw shows but sometimes it's more male centric

    ReplyDelete
  57. Definetely Birds
Of Prey (BoP centric Arrow spin-off starring Emily Bett Rickards as
Oracle, Caity Lotz as White Canary, Jessica DeGouw as Huntress and Tara
Strong as Harley Quinn). If done right it would be pretty cool i thiink xD.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Suicide Squad. PLEASE.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I was into Road so Far and Suicide Squad until we got to Brock Kelly and John Barrowman. Therefore I choose Birds of Prey and Metropolis. I also find a TVD spin-off with no romance very interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  60. 100 Prequel would be great.

    ReplyDelete
  61. That was my response with Brock Kelly as well. Surely they can find a better young Dean.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Not @ that Birds of Prey idea, though. But BoP is what I want to see. Starring Laurel/Black Canary, Huntress, and Katana. Maybe Wildcat if they need a token man on the show.

Also no @ Thea as Cheshire. Enough with the whitewashing.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I heard that there was a rumor going around a few months back that there was a possibility of a Suicide Squad spin-off happening. I would've totally watched it.

    ReplyDelete
  64. The Road So Far just to see Big Daddy Winchester and Bobby again. I would've also watched a spin-off centered on the Harvelles.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Very cool poll with interesting options.

Mine would be Huntress - not the Arrow one, but a Jo Harvelle spin off from Supernatural, chronicling her adventures as a solo hunter after she left the show halfway through Season 2. It would have to become AU from about the third season since her character proceeded to come back to SPN and be killed off (which I will never not be bitter about).

    ReplyDelete
  66. They all sound so great except The Road So Far

    ReplyDelete
  67. Both Arrow spin-offs, except with Felicity staying on the mother show and Laurel going to Birds of Prey, and Metropolis

    ReplyDelete
  68. I think the idea is that it would replace The Originals (since The Originals is not actually about The Originals and half the viewers stopped watching).

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ha, well I like The Originals so I guess that's definitely void for me.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I'd go for the Supernatural prequel, but they'd have to have someone else play the younger Dean. I thought Brock Kelly was horrible.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Yes, they'd definitely have to recast. But, as much as I like Bobby, I'd really rather see John Winchester in that main role. So we can see for ourselves exactly what the dynamics were between him and each of his sons.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Anything based on the witches of TVD and TO would be so compelling to watch, especially considering how awful Bonnie has been treated in TVD but I'd like Cami to join in as Davina's "big sister"-slash-legal guardian (honestly this 16 year old girl is her on own isn't she? And she's left her coven she needs a place to stay). And I knooow, Cami's not a witch but I just love her character. Judge me!!
I'm also all for more Rebekah on my screen and since her relationship with Elijah hasn't been explored too much I think I'll just petition the CW and harrass the hell out of JP on twitter until we get at least a web-series starring those two! Who's with me??
Metropolis would make for great TV as well so that's why those three are my choices!
The others look interesting and promising ; they are a testament to the creator of this poll's vivid imagination but I'm not watching the other shows so I can't really choose which one I would like more! Suicide squad and Bird of Prey look great though :) !

    ReplyDelete
  73. A Caroline/Alaric/Enzo centric show? I'm so on board ;) !

    ReplyDelete
  74. I'm not sure you can even dare to claim the 'idea' for yourself as both shows have been ideas on fan forums for MONTHS now.

That`s like saying 'hey, I had this awesome idea: how about we take a stick and some rond base...let's call it spoon. MY IDEA'

    ReplyDelete
  75. Why Would I Tell?27 August 2014 at 06:40

Give us a Young Bobby and Rufus Adventures kind of show, it could have cameo of the Winchesters: Young John with Dean and Sam in tow and we could bring back alot of old characters too.

Ellen and William Harvelle, Ash, The Roadhouse, Pamela, Caleb, Pastor Jim, The Dragon Lady, Sheriff Mills, Bobby's wife, professors and teachers and contacts and it could end with the infamous "Omaha" and we could learn about it and delve into that separation.

It's the same format as early episodes of SPN - two gorgeous, talented male leads, driving around the USA "Saving People, Hunting Things, The Family Business" - the banter and entertainment factor alone would be worth the price of admission, then the hunts, we could learn how Bobby and Rufus are experts on everything, see monsters they fought that we've never seen before, it would be the only spin-off show of SPN that COULD be a success and go on for YEARS.

    ReplyDelete
  76. The road so far and Metropolis I want to see more about Lois and CK Érica Durance and Tom Welling.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I want The Road So Far so bad. I want to see everything that happened when they were young, ESPECIALLY Stanford era. I have so many weechester childhood questions.

    ReplyDelete
  78. The Road So Far shouldn't even have Sam and Dean and Jim Beaver wouldn't work with the age difference between him and Matt Cohen. The description on here honestly doesn't make sense, but I NEED to see Matt Cohen as young John Winchester again, so I voted for that one.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Metropolis for sure, we need Tom Welling back on our screens. :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. Smallville spin-off would be awesome, bring back Tom Welling !!

    ReplyDelete
  81. None of the above. As much as I love Cas he works best with the brothers fighting the goodish fight.

John doesn't work because he only started hunting after Mary died. And no I don't want to see John dragging around the Westchester. That is story was told well already.
    .
My write in spinoff is Supernatural Frontier Days with Samuel Colt. Or Young Bobby and Rufus. And for No no no to Brock Kells. I hrs a good actor but not a good Dean.

    ReplyDelete
  82. The Road So Far wouldn't work. 1) John and Bobby are about the same age -
Matt is half Jim's age. 2) Brock is 29 now - Dean was 27 when John
died. 3) John was played by JDM when Mary died, not Matt Cohen. 4) Matt
is 4 years older than Brock. Etc, etc... It would never work, at least
not with this cast. Who came up with this anyway?? A spinoff with John
& Mary would be nice, but John didn't know about the supernatural
while she was alive, so it would be about Mary hunting monsters with her
dad while trying to keep John in the dark... or something like that.

    ReplyDelete
  83. The Road so Far for sure but "Colin Ford as Sam, Brock Kelly as Dean " doesn't make sense as these two are way too old by now to fit into the time frame for a prequel

    ReplyDelete
  84. I want "Road So Far" and "Angelic" both. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

    ReplyDelete
  85. How about an alteration to The Road So Far where we have young Mary and her teenage hunting years, and young John before he knows about hunting.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I think an awesome spinoff would be the adventures of Gabriel and Castiel. I really enjoyed them in metafiction and think theyll make an awesome team sorta like Sam and Dean :)

    ReplyDelete
  87. What, no Jody/Donna with Alex and the hunter kids Supernatural spin-off? Cause that's what I'd want.

    ReplyDelete
  88. I love the idea of the John Winchester spi off but I'd rather have JDM as John then Cohen.

    ReplyDelete
  89. I love Supernatural and would love to see more of John's background.

    ReplyDelete
  90. i'd rather see a supernatural spin off based on a different character who's backstory we don't already know. and it would be very good continuity for matt to play john after sam and dean are already born and hunting because in the very first episode jeffrey dean morgan was playing john. i would rather see a show about a hunter we've already met on the show or the life and times of mary campbell (winchester.) don't get me wrong. i love matt but this little put together just doesn't make sense to me.
